Each year, during the winter/spring months, we see a massive rise in cases of, and fatalities due to, flu. There is every indication that the wuhan flu will be the same – with one key difference – governments across the west seem to be doing everything they can to minimize herd immunity to the wuhan flu.
Going into the next flu season, the point at which the health services are under maximum load, we will again see the wuhan flu going through a population with no immunity, causing the risk of overload of the health services.
In continuing the lockdown during the summer months, it is not simply an economic cost now, we are storing up another major flu pandemic with the associated loss of life and economic cost.
As with most things – the government is the real enemy.

Difference is, they won’t get any cooperation next time around, they’ve already proven we can’t trust them.
I agree that they won’t get cooperation, my concern is that every day that this lockdown goes on, the negative consequences build up. The fewer people with immunity going into the next flu season, the more needless deaths there will be.
