Witnesses
The most common form of evidence is the testimony of witnesses. A witness can be a person who actually viewed the crime or other event at issue, or a witness can be a person with other relevant information. Any competent person may testify as a witness, provided that the testimony meets other requirements, such as relevancy.
Expert Witnesses
A witness who is qualified as an expert by knowledge, skill, experience, training, or education, may testify thereto in the form of an opinion or otherwise. The opinion must be supported by an adequate foundation of relevant facts, data, or opinions, rather than by conjecture. Thus, an expert frequently relies on firsthand or secondhand observations of facts, data, or opinions perceived prior to trial, or presented at trial during testimony or during a hypothetical question posed by an attorney.
These two definitions of what constitutes evidence were taken from a legal dictionary. In my opinion the evidence presented by the Trump lawyers constitute “bombshell” evidence mainly due to their implications. Why are we thinking otherwise unless we have been brainwashed to expect defeat?

This is one of many reasons why the Pennsylvania hearing was so important (and now other states). It was the first evidentiary hearing held anywhere. There’s no evidence in court yet because the wheels turn slowly and you don’t get to present your evidence until trial. So the judges keep rigging the catch 22s and the media keeps claiming that it’s all unproven allegations. Technically true, but extremely dishonest because the evidence–the stacks of affidavits and expert analyses–does in fact exist. But it technically can’t be “proven” in court until the jury or judge enters the verdict. Which is at the very end.
The continual claiming of no evidence is why I subscribed here instead of the daily wire, to hear Shaprio every claim that the trump legal team has no evidence or have not produced any evidence was driving me nuts. At least Bill understands that a statistical impossibility is evidence, and the sworn testimony of over 900 election, and postal workers should count for something.
If we lose this election, it will be because of the rot and corruption in all 3 of our government departments.
Unfortunately in the past few years, the concept of evidence has lost a great deal of its meaning. We don’t need no stinkin’ evidence! Accusation is sufficient (Conservatives need not apply).
We are no longer a country with a just legal system. Very rarely do any of the “elite” ever pay a price for their criminality and don’t think the rest of us haven’t noticed. “You have a republic, if you can keep it”, said Ben Franklin. I hope we have the fortitude to keep this grand experiment going.
Yeah! And I am sick and tired of all the ignorant talking heads (both leftist MSM and so-called conservatives) claiming that NO evidence of election fraud exists for the 2020 elections. I listened to the presentations of evidence to that collection of PA senators and congress-critters.
Thanks!
I hope to God the Trump campaign lawyers have the sense to not honor the request by the FBI to hand over the evidence they have collected, at least not till their cases have all played out.
If they lose, they might as well throw it away, and the FBI is a convenient waste bin even now.
If they win maybe the FBI will at least nail that guy who was covering up the windows at that Michigan counting location to the wall for being so G-D obvious.
It’s not the people who committed the fraud I want to see nailed to the wall. I’ll leave that to their supervisors for making them look so bad.
It’s the FBI leadership needs being nailed to the wall to bleed out.
And it is the Next Steps of fixing how the voting happens and the votes counted that REALLY is needed.
Those guys nailed to the wall, bleeding out … that only provides Emotional Satisfaction.
J. Edgar is spinning in his grave so fast the dirt is getting H O T !!!!
Because the media is pathetic; they know better but are determined to win regardless of integrity.
