I had taken a look at this a few months ago, and once again I just looked that the Daytime ratings from Nielsen this morning, for the week of July 25-29, 2022. Seens there is some sort of important Dust Up between the producers of “The View” and Gov. Desantis. The View asked Desantis to come on the show, and the Governor’s press office declined, and took some great shots at the View’s hosts comment and tweets while declining the offer. Progressives and the left are P.O.’d at Desantis for declining, but I began to wonder, how popular and influential is “The View”, really?
Here are the ratings / total viewers for that week of July 25-29. And just to add insult to injury, The Price is Right AND Let’s Make a Deal both were running re-runs for Tuesday-Friday of that week. The total viewership for a week for “The View” puts it in a category which should be called “The Few”…. Bill was in ‘the biz’ and probably know’s how rating work. Am I missing something, or is “The View” getting trounced daily by re-runs of game shows?
