I decided that I am going to post an avatar related image once per week.
Because the wisdom of Ron Swanson is up there next to Robert Heinlein.
Hope it generates discussion.

Ron Swanson is everything.
Give me all the bacon you have.
You might want to put the pic inside the post, as well. You really can’t see the entire photo on the blog page.
Wait, I worry what you just heard was, give me a lot of bacon. What I said was, give me all of the bacon you have.
I thought I had done that, but apparently did it incorrectly. I will try it again.
The bar showing the photo being inserted stops almost at completion but won’t finish. Must be an issue on my end as I tried multiple formats.
You may have to compress the photo to make it a bit smaller, Ralph.
Thanks, Scott. I will try that.
I just had this same problem. Photo uploaded as featured image, took a while to complete but it was successful. But it wouldn’t upload in the body of the post. If I waited long enough it gave a 200 error. It’s only 67k, so I don’t think it’s a size issue.
I’ll dig into that and see if I can detect any changes that might have altered the customary behavior. I’m sorry for the delay.
No problem. I would have just written it off as a momentary glitch if I hadn’t seen this comment, so I figured a heads-up would be useful.
I shrunk mine down to 17k and it worked. The image used as the blog title part image is the onei tried to upload in the body. It worked for that but not embedded into the body.
The size limit on the featured image is set to more than 1024kb.
The original image I used for the blog header is just over 200kB. I was connected to wireless at home. Maybe timing out with that delay in posting? Just a thought
The original used in the blog header if just over 200kB and that is the one I tried to use. Maybe that 7 second delay?
