I keep hearing leftist responding to concerns about voter fraud with the can’t prove a negative argument. As in it’s entirely our responsibility to prove fraud and their side has no responsibility to show any proof of anything. This is a garbage argument. Although it is generally extremely difficult to prove a negative this isn’t always the case. Sometimes, you can prove a negative by showing positive evidence of contrary conditions. If the money is still in the bank there was no robbery.
If the election was held transparently and according to the rules then it should be simple to prove. That’s the whole point behind the idea behind transparency of the process. Scrutinize everything in front of witnesses from both sides. Prove chain of custody. Match signatures. It is in fact the responsibility of election officials to prove that everything is without real fraud or mistakes. That’s what it means to certify the results.
If there is in fact no way to prove there was no real fraud; then, this election can’t be certified. That’s fine. Don’t prove the negative. Don’t certify. Send it to congress.

It is not being able to prove a negative, it is proving that something does not exist.
To exist means something. It has demonstrable attributes and behavior. If it doesn’t exist, there is nothing that can be demonstrable about it.
To prove also means something. It means to be able to SHOW some demonstrable attribute or behavior of that which exists. To do it reproducibly and on command. If you cannot show this, you have no proof.
It is the election officials who have the responsibility of proving they did not cheat. To do that they must reproducibly show the election was completely transparent to all parties of the election. That there was no possibility of stuffing the ballot box. That the count was fair and unbiased in any way. If they can’t show this, they cheated BIG TIME!
As usual, the slimy snakes of the insane left of left are playing distorted word games in an attempt to coverup what they did: THEY WORKED TO STEAL THE ELECTION. They have been caught. All that is left is to prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law and then execute them for treason for grossly violating the terms of the Constitution.
The courts have to have the guts to apply the proper remedy: you cheat, you forfeit. They have to place the blame for disenfranchising voters squarely on the cheaters.
The constitutional remedy is to send it to congress. Otherwise, right on. The cheaters were trying to disenfranchise legal voters and if legal votes must be thrown out as remedy then it’s still the cheaters that caused the disenfranchisement. Blame the cheaters and prosecute the cheaters.
