3 Trump Facts That Should Scare Democrats: Money, Black Men and Latinos

President Donald Trump is doing three things that should “scare the hell out of Democrats” according to Jonathan Capehart in the Washington Post. Bill Whittle thinks Capehart almost gets it, and then goes wildly off the rails.

Can Trump’s historic campaign war chest, plus his outreach to Blacks and Latinos virtually assure his reelection?

So just like 2016, I’m back now that it’s 2020. When it comes to politics, I can only stand one year out of four burning civic ulcers into my forehead. And after the election I’ll slide back into my warm cozy family oriented cocoon. My home is in Utah. While we may have a few hispanics, blacks are rare (I never laid eyes on a black person…in person…for the first 18 years of my life.)

So, while the demographics have slowly changed a bit, Salt Lake City is a far cry from Oakland and I really appreciate information like this. Helps me to understand a lot. Keep it up and thank you. I don’t understand the politics of race but I can draw one analogy; Mormons have gone for Mormon Mitt Romney In a big way. The logic of “he’s one of us” is powerful. No doubt, Barak Obama was practically ordained to get the black vote. Yes I get it.

True story…

Last Saturday I was sitting in my local coffee shop, drinking tea and listening to videos on my phone. In walks a young black man who sits right next to me. I was mildly annoyed at having my personal space invaded, but it’s a public place, so whatareyagonndo?

He sets up his laptop, sits, and throws down a copy of The Art of the Deal on the table we are sharing.

Interest: Piqued.

I’m still watching my videos, but now he’s on my radar. Then in walks two young black women, who come up to table, introduce themselves to the black man, and sit down. Finally this white dude comes in and joins them. They are all now sitting around this table. Including me. Somehow I have become part of their group.

I let this pass for a little while, until I hear the white dude talk about how he ran for office as a conservative in Garner, and lost. What is going on here, I wonder?

Now I take off my headphones and start actively listening, rude as it is. The women start talking about Candace Owens, the man drops Crowder’s name, Prager U is called out, Ben Shapiro…then I hear it. Bill Whittle.

Oh, now I HAVE to speak up. We start talking. It seems that they are opening a chapter of Blexit in Raleigh, the city where I live.

This kind of thing only happens in the movies.

In any event, I am now a volunteer for Blexit of North Carolina.

Go me! 😀

(BTW, the Art of the Deal black man said he voted for Hillary. In the ensuing years he slowly realized how much the Democratic party lied to him. He’s a new convert).

That’s great, Cheryl. -1 for them +1 for us = net +2. Best way to do it.

But most important, did you tell them about the cruise?

Spot on, Bill…. With the historic low in black unemployment and “the Dons” ability to “connect”… I believe that Pres. Trump will do very well with the black community…
