President Trump’s first big rally, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, after the COVID-19 shutdown happened in a largely empty arena thanks to online pranksters who reserved most of the tickets before real Trump supporters could get them. The men of Right Angle propose some ways to keep the Trump campaign from getting pwned again.

THE simple TRUTH is that there is not a nefarious action or word that the Democratic Socialist (OXYMORON) and the “arty of the INSANE and ANTI_American went go to to plant the flag of “Ignorance is NEVER an excuse for STUPIDITY.”
The Left/Progressive/Modern Liberal/Democratic Socialist (OXYMORON)/Statist/Marxist and lets NOT forget FakeNEWS will stretch “Stupid is Stupid” to its farthest extension and make total and complete mFOOLS of themselves and the Gaggle.
I heard or read on some news source that the people that were taking everyone’s temperature as they entered just up and left leaving a ton of people at the door. I’m not so sure any pranking had that much of an impact. There was also the scare of C-19 that I’m sure kept a few folks away.
I LOVE that “Punxsutawney” remark. It is now Stolen… Thanks Steve
Fine episode. If I were in the US (I wish), I would absolutely pay $25 or whatever, to be refunded when I turn up. But wouldn’t there need to be a mechanic whereby if a supporter falls ill on the day, they can get a refund anyway? I don’t know how political events are organised, but something like that would have to apply, surely. So the pranksters would then just use whatever good faith refund mechanic was available …
There was no ticketing system just a voter registration. The whole thing is a lie. They had 12000 which was low but not bad. The media’s photos are taken half an hour before the arena was full. The police claim of only 6000 has been retracted. Numbers were down because protesters blocked access in some cases. Fewer people brought their kids and as expected those in the risk category for covid 19 watched from home, along with 6 million others. The tik tok ‘registrations’ were identified within an hour. The guy that organised the rally spoke on Rudy W. Giuliani channel Youtube before the rally about the false claims of a ticketing system.
After watching the video and Bill’s comments about having to trick us into thinking Trump doesn’t have support because what they want is not real, I vaguely remember a movie (I think, could be a book) where the Hero was facing off against the Evil and being driven to despair when Hero realized the Evil was just using illusions and came to the understanding that the Evil could not actually harm the Hero. This caused the Hero to lose all fear and destroy the Evil … either with a blaster shot, sword swing or fireball, I don’t remember that much of the story.
It’s interesting how AOC and others love to lecture our side about morality and fair play. Yet here they have taught and encouraged hosts of teenagers to use a Chinese-based social media platform to lie and deceive and then exult over their own cleverness in punking an opponent.
I think that all comes down to the reasoning they’ve shown for other things, like speech (from the right) is violence, but violence (like punching a nazi) is speech and must be allowed.
They’re so quick to condemn words in Republican campaign ads like target and take out and other “eliminationist rhetoric” but then turn around and use the same words and worse in their own.
Since Trump’s campaign is the source of all evil, any means are justified against it, in their minds. On the other hand, they are the righteous and should suffer no slings and arrows so any cross look or less than approving tone is torture and terror to them and must result in the perpetrator being removed from society. At least they haven’t gotten to “removed from life” yet… though I saw a Twitter reply to Sen Graham (I think) completely missing the point of him saying the French Revolution had come to the Democrat party.
Last night I saw my first Biden ad on You Tube. 30 seconds, maybe a little more. I was going to click the skip ad button, but decided to watch what Ol’ Joe had to say.
At first I thought my video/audio was out of sync. It wasn’t. For some reason, closed captioning was on, or the campaign simply put the text there.
I could understand what Joe was saying by reading the text. And most of the words seemed right, but I’ll guess that 4 times the sounds he made when the printed word showed on the screen….they weren’t words, just sounds that bridged from the previous to following word. It was weird. I was listening through my new Sony high end headphones. I can’t chalk this up to tablet or laptop speaker problems.
I mean, with all his money, all the campaign money, all the progressive technicians in media available to the campaign….you would think that they’d have him do take after take after take to get it right – to get it cleaned up, you know, like EVERY word discernible.
Either they did do all that and this was the best they could do, or it was a one take wonder on a BetaCam with a Radio Shack lav mic.
No matter how this ad came to be, it really doesn’t bode well for any debate for Crazy Uncle Joe. Maybe CNN can bring back Candy Crowley to do the translations for Joe in the first debate?
I have lived in Tulsa my entire life and I’ve had two takeaways from this event.
First, I urge all conservatives to not sleep on the Leftist hate. No doubt Trump will carry Oklahoma but I have seen a ton of slogans like “Any Blue Will Do!” I have friends and family, all very rational people, who have bought into the narrative and would vote for a corpse (which Biden practically is) just to get President Trump out of office.
Second, like a lot of people I am very concerned about voter fraud. I get the feeling that we are in a tight football game and things may come down to a bad call by the ref and we’re screwed. I see a ton of people still pushing for mail in ballots in my own community, especially because of the Covid fearmongering. Conservatives (President Trump, the Senate, the House, and all local elections) need to win and win big to take it out of the hands of the fraudsters. Tulsa itself is poised to out it’s Republican mayor (a bit of a squishy) and vote in what appears to be a divisive race hustler who’s only “qualification” is skin color. He’s sure to get more votes that he would any other year due to all the “white guilt” going around and the blow back our mayor received for not standing up to the “covid bomb dropped on us” via the Trump rally.
I see a lot of conservative commentators predicting a red wave but we cannot underestimate the depths of deception and trickery the Left will stoop to. I do truly pray for a red wave in November. That would help crush these riots and get this “silent majority” talk put to rest. We shouldn’t be silent anymore. Being silent is one of the things that empowers all these anarchists and thugs to attempt to tear down the institutions that this country is TRULY founded on.
Steve Deace pointed out three things that Trump could do to really lock this election up. Its just under three minutes and well worth a listen.

Excellent points, and excellent video. Sometimes the Kushners are a helpful check on some of Trump’s excesses. This is not one of those times. He needs to listen to Don Jr. instead. Or better yet, go with his gut and ignore them all.
I’m glad we’re done with the Johnny Cash dress code! It made you all look like floating heads against a black background, LOL
I noticed that too!
I can understand stupid kids crowing about it which makes it meaningless, but why did the Trump campaign deny it happened? The only thing I can think of is that they were embarrassed.
Probably. That was a bit of a misstep.
No one wants to admit they got snookered, even when being so might make you look better.
On top of the 7 million watching on Fox, I’ve heard there were another 20 million streaming the event.
I streamed it from the campaign’s youtube channel, but I don’t remember how many people were watching from there.
My sister and I watched/listened to the event, but I don’t remember whether it was live or not. She set it up, so I don’t know the avenue…
I like Steve’s sollution. But my idea, is closer to Scott’s. The Trump team should make it known that Dems are putting in fake reservations so there will likely be a lot of tix avail at the door. Come on down. You’re odds of getting in are very good. And we’ll be broadcasting the rally in the parking lot for those who don’t get a tix.
The campaign’s response made this point, that it’s already the case that there’s no ticket charge and that they let people in first come, first served whenever seats are available, which they did in this case. I think this is a problem which will solve itself, and as Bill points out, the optics will completely backfire on the left when people camp out for a week to get in (which they were doing this time–for a week, not for two days). The next tactic I expect from them is to try to arrest the campers for not adeuately following local arbitrary “covid” rules–because most places that have large arenas tend to be located in Democrat-controlled cities.
I figured the point of reserving the tix was that you actually guaranteed yourself of getting in the door and didn’t have to wait in line for hours. Even if it was stadium seating.
Yes my wife and I would do the $100 card hold for a seat. We attended two rallies, 2018 in Wheeling, WV and 2016 in North Carolina, and they were electrifying. To be there with fellow Americans that were galvanized into action was quite an experience.
I’d recommend making it a $100 campaign donation if you don’t show up. Wealthy leftists may still be willing to fund this kind of prank, but may feel less enthusiastic if they would actually be supporting their opposition.
This “sucker punch” by the left does make me wonder what they are truly capable of when it comes to voter fraud. Kind of a red flag for this upcoming election.
Precisely so. I’ve been making that point strongly over here and even anti-Trumers seem to be listening. It was a clever, cheeky move. It was also deeply dishonst and essentially a non financial form of fraud, just like voter fraud.
The complaint I always here from the left is that I.D. requirements place a burden yet many of the same the pretend to represent need same when applying for various benefits. Recently I received my new passport (which took several months because of some scamdemic) and if memory serves, one must be a US citizen. The same branch of the government offers a passport card, which is not for international travel, but it would definintely help I.D. US citizens. It cost $65 for first time application and $30 for renewals.
Small price to pay for preserving our Republic.
I have heard the same complaint from the left, that minorities aren’t able to get photo ID’s, so requiring them is racist. It’s the left’s position that is way more insulting to minorities. The idea that there are Americans unable to figure out how to get an ID, just because they have darker hued skin? Just wow. How do they not see how absolutely racist that view is?
