Death Wish

[I just posted this to Facebook as a response to the first link below. It expands on what I wrote there about the second link. Which I posted first. Don’t be confused, just go with it.]

They want us dead and they’re glad when we die.

Another one. I think the time is very near where the decent people in this country will have had enough of this and will no longer include these assholes among people who deserve to be treated as human beings. I don’t want that to happen but I think there’s no stopping it.

There are millions of these creatures. We see them every day, rioting in the streets, in the news media, in Congress, as governors and mayors and city council members, at entertainment award shows, on TV and in movies, teaching our children, and right next door. Their ideology is shrieking in its death throes, mindlessly making impossible and inhuman demands that will inevitably lead, not just to the end of America, but to their own destruction. And they are unable and, worse, unwilling to even try to understand that fact.

They are unthinking thugs using brute force and the threat of it in a desperate attempt to bend reality to their will because their wishes have not been magically granted. They have, quite literally, taken up the tactics of the 1930s Nazis, with a modern tech twist, in an attempt to impose the same kind of tyranny that those Nazis imposed on Germany and tried to export to the rest of the world.

When they have finally pushed good people past their breaking point, they will be shocked to find that they can’t have their way and will wail and cry in disbelief as they and their movement are put down. Like children who throw tantrums when their parents won’t give them a candy bar, they will in their impotence jump up and down and scream and yell and throw things. “It’s not fair! You’re supposed to just give in to us, let us do whatever we want, give us everything! Because we want it! It doesn’t matter why we want it! We don’t even know why, we just want it!  I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU! GIVE IT TO U-“

Then they will be silent as they watch reality crush them, because it cannot be overturned, because whims can’t make the world what they want it to be, that people cannot survive in such a world because it can only destroy everything that is good, the only things that can provide the quality of life that they’re demanding at no cost to themselves. But reality and the good will not be denied.

These cretins will either end slowly, as the insane world they wanted to create inevitably fails them, or quickly, as those who refuse to bow to tyrants stop them before they can create that world. My fervent hope is that by some miracle they come to their senses and come back to reality so that no one has to get hurt. But I don’t like their chances.
