Is this encouragement, or is there something I need to fix?
Encouragement. Unfortunately, the screenshot didn’t display correctly, though (maybe that needs fixing). If you click on the embedded picture you can see what I’m talking about. It’s just funny to me that support system calls itself “awesome”.
That’s the brand name of that gizmo: Awesome Support.
