Mr. Joe Biden (I don’t refer to him as “President” as the 2020 election was rigged) is breaking the law and no I’m not talking about his illegal and corrupt deals extorting money from other countries…This time he’s violating the “Civil Rights Act of 1964”. He has promised to nominate a black woman Supreme Court Nominee.
Title 7 of the civil rights act of 1964 states, “It shall be an unlawful
employment practice for an employer to fail or refuse to hire or to discharge
any individual or otherwise to discriminate against any individual with
respect to his compensation terms conditions or privileges of employment
because of such individuals race color religion sex or national origin.”

And why not, 40% of the population there likes it exactly that way. Probably another big bunch would prefer to break way more. How many is that in millions?

Interesting point. I wonder if a Supreme Court Judge, normally untouchable, could be removed from office on the grounds that their appointment was unlawful? It seems to me that if an appointment is illegal then legally that person should not even have been placed in that seat to begin with.
That would be a delicious bit of irony. If the Civil Rights Act were used to remove an illegal Supreme Court Judge who’s black and female … Tasty idea indeed. Not because she’s black and female, because it hoists the Democrat Left on its own petards.
