Bloodbath? Will Democrats Lose Congress Over Inflation, Shortages, War and Biden Blunders

Americans are angry with inflation, shortages, war, and President Biden’s blunders. What should Republicans do to seize the moment?

As far as being unable to say bad things during a campaign, I think negative campaign ads through the decades have shown us that very few candidates of any party have any qualms about trying to get the other guy fired.
But I agree the positive vision is there, and that’s where Donald Trump worries me. I have an upcoming blog entry on this, but the Republicans need to walk a fine line when it comes to 2020… Make election integrity part of the platform but living in the past is not going to resonate with voters, no matter how correct you might be.

Dick Morris came up with the perfect campaign slogan, which apparently he showed to Donald Trump and POTUS45 liked.
“HAD ENOUGH?”
Seriously all those people hurt by the gas and the taxes, inflation, school policies should go out and buy a bunch of those “I did it” stickers, hell if I had enough money I’d buy 100,000 of them and give them away to voters in swing districts.

A real Debate would mirror the LINCOLN STEPHENS Debates. 1) Introduce the candidates 2) each gets 10 minutes to offer an opening statement 3) Topic is stated and a free for all ensues 4) NO moderator 5) NO Interruptions PERIOD 6) closing statement up to 10 minutes 7) length determined by candidates

Scott is absolutely right when he says we need to limit the number of campaign topics. Like a good salesman severely limits the customer’s options so that they don’t become confused, too many campaign issues just becomes a series of meaningless non-sequiturs,

I live in Georgia, and the barrage of TV and Radio ads for Stacie Abrams, Raphael Warnock, and the 6th district congresswoman continues. Ads are very well done – they appear human and caring, their “check all the boxes” on the liberal agenda are unchallenged, and the competition from the Republicans appears frail. Woe, woe, woe is me.
This state used to be majority sane.

If Republicans do have a landslide win in November, their focus needs to be on first doing what they can to correct the fiscal, freedom-related, and cultural destruction the Democrats have wrought. Don’t go overboard with pushing a crazy agenda… in other words, don’t let the pendulum swing to the opposite side of where the Democrats have pushed it. Their message should be “we are here to fix all the crap that the Democrats have wrecked.” The left, of course, will try to message this as “Far Right Ideology”, but if they can first tackle the current painpoints first – the economy being one of the first – then they can let their positive results speak for them.

But he can tell you what it’s like to crush our enemies and see them driven before us…

What do Republicans need to do? Speak the truth in plain language, no hyperbole. The Democrats have become hyperbole. Just point out what they’re doing, and what people want, and answer questions evenly and honestly.

That’s exactly why The Radical Left wants to silence us Normals and we want them to keep talking

IIRC, the RINOs were at least as upset with PDJT as were the Dem’s, for ‘speaking the truth in plain language.’ That just isn’t done, inside the DC Beltway.

  1. PEARLS – CLUTCHED.

There’s one constituency that will never waiver from their devotion to the Demonrats. The cadaver vote swamped the decent people in 2020, and they can still thwart the Americans from retaking the congress. Of course, as was alluded to, the best player on THEIR team is the Republican Party.

Superb insight!
Which one of the countless Democrat failures should each candidate focus on? Republican leadership needs someone to isolate one issue in each district and craft a message that resonates with those voters.
Think, Virgina’s recent upset and replicate that success nation wide.

If the GOP wins big and I hope they do, then what will they do? Will they be RINOs like the ‘the coward known as Romney’ (my opinion of him)? Or will they actually go after the Demo-rats by cutting spending and then cutting taxes? We’ll see.

I’ve had it with the RNC establishment leadership and unapologetic liberal elites. Now that We the People have done all the hard work, the RNC leadership is looking to jump in front of the parade and co-opt our overthrow of the Swamp. Do not let this happen. I do not want to hear from any candidate who looks to appease Mitch McConnell, cries about Trump’s tactics or isn’t interested in going in guns ablazing after the corrupt establishment including the deep state. The globalist fascists and the Democrat Party and RINO’s need to be exposed and exterminated as a political entity. Drain the Swamp and put those on trial who deserve to be on trial. Ideally, some will hang for their treason, but that will be left to the courts.

I think Matt Gaetz put it best…
“We’re not going to look to hold hands in the soft spring rain with the Democrats and sing kumbaya.”
…referring to himself and cohorts such as Jim Jordan, Marjorie Taylor-Greene and Louie Gohmert looking to aggressively investigate and demand results when they take over the House and leadership of its committees. The establishment had the fake news as a shield leading up to this point. Not any more.

I’m an extremely patient person, but I am absolutely fed up with the never Trumpers and liberal elites. We are angry and have every right to be angry with not only our representatives but the useful idiot never Trumpers and Bill Maher types who campaigned against him every stinking day and persist in their arrogance. And why? Their childish, immature, selfish, arrogant citations regarding his tweets while they clutch their pearls and fluff their ascots. Meanwhile, all of the COMPLETE IDIOTS who, like children, put their feelings about levelheaded decision-making, endanger us all by allowing the fascists to use their arrogance against them, play to their biases and keep them completely in the dark regarding their fascist intentions.

I swear I feel like a parent instructing children like Maher to grow up and behave. All of sudden he’s stunned because the same government in which he has put his faith over the span of a lifetime and has done nothing but waste money and produce nothing is doing nothing now but waste money and produce nothing. What the dope and all like him don’t realize is that there are globalist fascists behind this DESPITE THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE A COMMERCIAL FOR THE GREAT RESET AND THEIR AGENDA 2030 ON THEIR FREAKING WEBSITE!!!

Guess what’s on it. Equity including LGBT “equality.” Climate change. Pandemic.

What astonishes me is the number of talking heads that run around still scratching their heads trying to figure out why the LGBT mafia and Democrat Party…the same party screaming about the climate and abusing the pandemic for more power through masking and vaccines…are trying to sexualize our children.

Answer me this question. If they all got together in 2019 with Event 201 to game out what would happen in the event of a pandemic, why didn’t they all get together during the pandemic to share information, figure out the origin, determine the best solution and share ALL of the information with the rest of us?

The pandemic is an excuse. Once they establish the blueprint of mandating anything in the event of a self-declared and self-renewing emergency as they do now under the Public Health Service Act of 1944 which allows them to declare ANYTHING an emergency…gun violence, climate change, racism—all of which have been declared or proposed on some level…then they can take all of our freedoms using whatever “emergency” they like without worrying about us as voters.

Apparently, Klaus Schwab (founder of the World Economic Forum) somewhere has said or written that eliminating voting rights is part of his plan. I have not looked for it yet, but I do suspect it exists based on the general reliability of my sources.

Gee. It’s almost like the pandemic was planned and they didn’t care about solving it. Just like they don’t care about solving climate change or producing equal OPPORTUNITY for everyone.

Watch Plandemic (two parts) on one of the free speech platforms. It’s a hoot. Spoiler alert: more abuse of justice by our government against innocent people like Dr. Judy Mikovits while they pursue their corruption and profit with patents and Big Pharma.

Maher and the rest of the liberals owe us all an apology for putting us and our families and our futures in grave danger. The bozos are still saying crap like Trump is only mad due to his loss and that’s the only reason he’s complaining about a stolen election.

Yeah that’s right. They’re all about ethics and integrity and their candidates speaking and acting with propriety but THEY CAN’T TAKE FIVE EFFING MINUTES TO LOOK AT ALL THE EVIDENCE FOR ELECTION FRAUD AND REALIZE TRUMP HAS A POINT?!!!!

Give me a break. I don’t need nor want to hold it over their heads, but I do need an apology from these people as a sign of humility. Arrogance and snobbery are not a part of our mission going forward. If they insist on continuing to live in their ignorance, they can do it in the back of the Trump train amongst themselves while we strap the establishment to the roof and look for the nearest low clearance bridge.

Unity and awareness wins, so let’s unite and share information. Then like the patriots on Flight 93, “Let’s roll.”

“…the RNC leadership is looking to jump in front of the parade and co-opt our overthrow of the Swamp.” Yeah, the RNC may do this rhetorically during the election cycle, but you can bet that if/when they are actually accountable as a majority, we will still eventually get the palms-up-shrug Republican salute. Ref: Obamacare, among others.
And NEVER forget that many if not all of the lefty cheats remain in place, not just on behalf of the Dem’s, but also potentially in support of useful-idiot RINOs that can damage a proper MAGA candidate. There is no bottom.

Apology? You are too kind. The only thing I want from The Left is the muted glow of radiation from the smoldering crater where they once stood…figuratively speaking, of course.

No chance. I incorrectly guessed that Palsi would have had Gulag Barbie primaried out, but that empty head is too good at fundraising for them.

Forget just AOC. We’re looking to destroy the Democrat Party and the globalist fascism they and the RINO’s represent. They have attempted a coup. They need to put on trial. Anyone who has missed this and voted with them needs to be relieved of duty for extreme lack of judgment. They and their communist pals have been infiltrating our institutions for decades, and now they’re done…everywhere. Wait until the American people realize that they are, in fact, fascists. Go look at the World Economic Forum and Agenda 2030…pandemic, climate change and “equity” (the main reason they keep pushing the LGBT agenda in schools).

From our perspective as Americans, none of what they’re doing while hiding behind Biden’s incompetence (and AOC’s and Buttigieg’s and Kamala’s and…) makes sense.

However, if you’re a tyrannical fascist globalist seeking to bring down the United States and institute a new world order, then intentional inflation, stripping us of energy independence, centralizing control through “emegencies,” declaring your political opponents “domestic terrorists” and weaponizing the justice system by using it against them, opening the border to overload the welfare system (Cloward-Piven strategy), censoring opposing views using Big Tech, propaganda through the fake news, rigging elections, and…on deck…packing the Supreme Court so you don’t need to bother with the Consitution, grabbing our guns and getting rid of the electoral college and the Senate filibuster so you have a straight democracy (one of the first steps in any tyrannical regime)…all make perfect sense.

The own the Federal Reserve and the other major central banks privately. Crypto threatens this control, so they hate it. They want a digital dollar and digital passports so they can track your every move. You won’t own an electric car, but you will ride in a driverless one on their grid. Gas and diesel vehicles provide you with freedom, and they can’t have that.

ESG social credit scores (Environmental (climate change), Social (equity), Governmental (compliance with mandates)) will be used to control you. If your score isn’t high enough, you’ll be shut out of everything. They’ll turn off your digital passport to which your digital dollars will be connected. Anyone trying to help you will be treated the same.

Welcome to the Great Reset. With freedom comes responsibility. With slavery—within which, “you will own nothing and like it,” as the globalist fascists say—comes no responsibility.

I choose freedom. Extremely hard to win or regain. Easy to lose.

They have attempted a coup

Your choice of words suggests they were not successful. Look no further than the notion that somehow the “Sh*ts and Giggles in 2020” ticket got more votes than Obama

I see what you’re saying, but everyone knows they cheated (a least those being honest about it) and we can still do something about it. If the following hadn’t occurred, we’d be in much bigger trouble…
1) Senate parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough blocking the Democrats from shoehorning amnesty for all the illegals flowing across our southern border into their infrastructure bill (I think; don’t quote me) prompting, in my opinion, the next day return of the Haitians living under the bridge at the border at the time to Haiti;
2) SCOTUS blocking the OSHA vaccine mandate by a 6-3 vote (should have been 9-0…a no brainer) preventing the tyrants from gaining the power to use any administrative agency to address any declared emergency (gun violence, racism, health equity…Section 319 of the Public Health Service Act of 1944 doesn’t limit their self-extending emergencies to pandemics), and;
3) the FBI involvement in instigating January 6th being exposed along with the lie of “armed insurrection” thereby preventing them from declaring Trump and all supporters as “domestic terrorists”;
4) the fake Facebook whistleblower Frances Haugen being rejected for the fraud that she is thereby preventing them from declaring anything they disliked “misinformation” and setting up an agency to enforce it;
5) Kyle Rittenhouse being declared innocent for defending himself (a 2nd Amendment is no good if you’re guilty even in self-defense);
6) all of us working together to expose the clear fraud in the 2020 election (though much still needs to hit the MSM), and;
7) all of us working together to destroy the credibility of their fake news leftist MSM propaganda machine along with their Marxist victim group tactics.

These were fun if you haven’t seen them. CNN reporting on Hugo Chavez rigging his elections through Smartmatic and much, much more!

Fauci being exposed by Rand Paul was quite enjoyable too along with our profit-sharing arrangement with Moderna (see below). Sidney Powell, Patrick Byrne, Gen. Flynn, Mike Lindell and others have not stopped exposing 2020. All of that has been coming out over Rumble and other free speech platforms. Soon the MSM won’t be able to ignore it. Plus now we have Elon Musk buying Twitter (or them having to explain to their shareholders why they’re not taking such a generous offer).

They’ve lost containment of the message, and that terrifies them as the fascist, globalist establishment knows that Americans will discover what they’ve done. There’s a lot to investigate. So it won’t happen overnight. But we’re draining the Swamp. If the RNC thinks they’re going to co-opt this revolution, they have another thing coming.

I would like to see the GOP support runs against all of the old guard; including Nancy and Maxine in CA. Even if they run as Ind rather than GOP. There is no time like now to cycle through some of these life time appointments.

BTW – I would include primaries against the long term R as well. Hal Rogers and Chris Smith, both serving since 1981. 40 years in the house is way too long. Go home guys. Rogers is 84. Enough is enough.

We should absolutely primary every possible Republican that has historically stood against Conservatism. I don’t know if he’s up for reelection this cycle but I’m thinking about Mitt Romney. Liz Cheney is another one. That sort needs to reap what they’ve sown.

Ketanji Brown Jackson would not have been appointed to the SCOTUS if the Republicans had held together and stood as a bloc. The Senate Judicial Committee is tied evenly Republican/Democrat. The President of the Senate, who is the VP of the United States and our own darlin’ Kacklin’ Kammy, does not cast a tie breaker on Committee votes. Only on full Senate Floor votes. A tied vote is a loss in committee. KJB’s nomination should have died in committee.

On term limits I’m of mixed mind. I don’t want to lose a solid, long term seat just because it’s been held for decades by the same person. If the person in that seat is doing a good job for our side.

It seems to me like a double edged sword where the good are discarded along with the bad. Which at best is a wash and break even and at worst allows encroachment by a negative actor. As we are all very well aware, having an (R) behind one’s name is no guarantee of future performance.

The question is then — “Can someone who has been in Washington for decades do a good job? Is that even possible?”

Because after decades of mutual back scratching, glad handing and making deals with the Devil, can a person still function well with the ossification, manipulation and compromises that occurred over the years? Decades is a long time for a political enemy to find the buttons and levers that might allow them to influence someone.

So Mittens is up this year and considering not running especially if PDT runs again. IMHO he is useless and should be primaried if he does run.
But to this question: The question is then — “Can someone who has been in Washington for decades do a good job? Is that even possible?”
I believe that answer is no. Support for re-election comes only if one has been a “good soldier” which means voting whichever way the likes of Nancy/Chuck/Mitch/ the party “leadership” say you should. This goes both ways. All congressmen and most Senators spend most of their terms raising money for the next election. At least with term limits this would stop somewhat.
The whole system is a closed loop that corrupts itself.
Mitch should have been subject to Primary. I have a real concern that he will not finish his term, he is 80 after all. The Gov of Ky is a D. We would lose our 50/50 tie. But as you point out, what good is having even a tie if nominations don’t get killed in committee.

Want a sobering thought to make you ready to drink this morning? As Steve pointed out, Democrats will happily accept an electoral bloodbath to advance an agenda. Look at all of the pawns that they sacrificed down to the local level to shove through Obamacare.
Now they’re going to face a far worse slaughter. What would be their viscious endgame to justify what’s going to make the Obamacare losses look like a walk in the park?
And when the GOP gets back in power we can expect some hard faught tax cuts and lack of any meaningful legislation becasue we’ll always be the mythical “One or two seats short” in the Senate from any real reform.
In the meantime, the Vichy Republicans at National Review will be writing about “The Conservative Case for teaching gender conversion in Kindergarten”

Thanks! The only other person I’ve heard using it is Crowder but I beat him to the term by at least a few months!
