Great idea for future animated political humor video

Here is an idea that Bill or someone else animation savvy might want to consider for a humorous short film with political content.

Scenario: We are in a forest. The year is 2050. Suddenly a grass covered (camouflaged) lid opens up and out of it comes two elderly people with masks. They look around. The man says to the woman: “I think it’s safe now.”

As they come out, they see two young people having a picnic by a tree. They cautiously go over — keeping plenty of social distance — and ask “is it over yet?” The young couple looks surprised at them and say “is what over?” The old man rolls his hand and says with an agitated voice “The pandemic of course!”

The young couple looks puzzled at each other as if they don’t know what he is talking about. The old man adds “you know, COVID-19!” The young couple still looks confused for a couple of seconds, but then the young man looks like he is remembering something and says “aah, yes, I remember grandpa telling me something about that. Yes, it’s definitely over a long time ago.”

The old couple sigh a relief and take off their masks and say “Thank goodness!” Then the young couple’s eyes slide together like lizard eyes do and pop a lizard tongue in and out of their mouth and say “yes, you are perfectly safe now” upon which the old couple look petrofied and run back into hiding. The young couple look at each other and the girl says: “what came over them?” The guy shrugs and says, “I dunno. Let’s eat our Soylent now.”
