Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Time to break out the pot and get started on corn beef and cabbage! My technique is quite possibly the simplest cooking known to man: put corned beef, red potatoes, baby carrots, and a full-size cabbage cut into quarters in a pot of water. Boil half the day. Pour a glass of Guiness, and eat!

Sadly, I do not have any recipes. I do not cook as a rule. It’s just not a me thing, but I admire the hell out of those who do.
