The critical piece of information is the Electoral Count Act of 1887 and an article from Stephen A. Siegel.

This means if the control of the Senate is retained, and they are counting Romney as a Democrat, then they can block enough electors to force the contingent election. It also looks like state representatives and even RINO republican governors are playing along. I’m not sure that they know that their playing along.
Loeffler and Perdue are ahead in the polls in Georgia and the polls are normally biases 4 points left which means their lead is larger. The record number of new registered voters is a worry but this time we know what to expect and are sending ten times the poll watchers with all the power and legal paper work possible. If the Dems cheat this time it will be very public. It suits Trump’s plan for the democrats to cheat yet again and get caught. Jan 5th & 6th will be the critical days.
I don’t think Dave knows that several congressmen, senators and commentators have been talking about this. I’ve seen it on Steve Brannon’s Warroom, Sebastian Gorka’s America First, Newsmax, One America News and Parler.
This is first class brinkmanship on the part of the President. If he succeeds and is sworn in he will have a big reason to push major reforms.
It should be noted that Biden is making no plans for a big ceremony and Harris has not resigned her Senate seat. Both indicate that they are not 100% sure of a win.

We have to win both of those seats and make sure that they know that 75+ million voters are watching everything they say or do. Oh yeah, we own all of the guns too.

He knows about the politics (and has ran for office) in GA. He talks about the RINO’s running in GA election, Perdue being one of them. So, if Perdue wins, we may not have a majority after all. May have more cowards and back stabbers come in for the vote. š
I give a vote of “no confidence” in the Rep’s to have a backbone or even be aligned with other Rep’s on Jan. 6th. I hope they do! Hope is about all we have at the moment since our vote no longer counts.
