Why does everybody on the right seem to suddenly find everything “horrifying” or to be “terrified” by something else? The instinctive reaction to something inspiring those emotions is to cringe and retreat. Stop telling yourself to do that. Describe the thing, pass judgement on it, It’s wrong, foolish, stupid, etc. If you want an emotional intensifier be infuriated, anything but frightened.

Leftist ideology seeps into everything, influencing the behavior/reactions even of those on the right. Fear encourages dependency which is what Progressives want.
