Make your own hydroxychloraquine!

It’s easy. HCQ is just the medicinal form of quinine. Just boil up citrus fruit peel in a covered saucepan, let cool, and strain. I made some myself. It’s the bitterest thing you will ever taste, but diluted, sweetened, and mixed with other fruit juice it is fine. You don’t even need to take much for it to be effective against covid, or the flu, or a cold. Combine it with zinc and vitamin d for best efficacy.

I have lemon and orange trees in my backyard, so I wouldn’t have to worry about pesticides or other nasty things. I saw a video on this also, but how much do you actually drink and how often?

dose. There’s just a tiny amount in tonic water. Once diluted, sweetened and flavored you can probably ingest enough dosage of the home made stuff by taking a tbsp every couple of hours while you have symptoms.

Bah, guess the next suggestion will be to make lead into gold using similar process.

If at least you started with raw quinine. Or a plant that actually has some of it like cinchona bark. Also, citrus peel is fine if you know the source. But in many places those you buy in shop is not edible because it’s treated with all kind of chemicals to allow long storage.

What does “If at least you started with raw quinine…” even mean? It’s not like you can buy it by the pound at the supermarket. Believe me, if you tasted this you’d recognize that unmistakable bitterness, but a hundred-fold stronger.
Fruits only have food grade wax sprayed on the outside. There may be pesticides used during growth, but citrus fruits being so acidic as they are are less of a target for bugs, and growers will always try to get away with as little pesticide as possible because it is expensive. I always wash fruit with dish soap and water to get wax and anything else off.

Quinine is not unobtanium. In many places you can buy it at the pharmacy, maybe elsewhere. Did you miss the point here? Your title suggests you create HCQ, and how easy it is due all you need is simple redox reaction from quinine. Then jump to using fruits that do not have that quinine. So best you can get is fancy lemonade.
Also, what you state for fruit handling may be true for YOUR locale, but not for the whole world. Citrus fruits are routinely treated with fungicides post-harvest. In a way that will not wash off.
When you talk on international forum and give out fishy advice, should at least use some caution. And just because a random chick posts a video on YT with some claim, doesn’t mean it has any truth in it. Before spreading, maybe do some basic reality check.
“Unmistakable bitterness” worth an extra facepalm.

you know what? Fuck you and show some evidence. If you knew how to get people life-saving quinine before I did then why didn’t you post it here? The video I linked to is one of dozens I found where people made quinine and benefited from it. Not just one “chick”
