We can thoroughly remove cheating from our electoral system within two years. The plan is safe, inexpensive and foolproof… and you’re not going to like it.
I think this is the only way out, so I am making a personal appeal on this one: Copy the URL above and send a BCC email to all of your friends and hit PASTE in the body. People need to hear this one. Let’s see what you can do.

Good thing I saved it…
Huh. The video has been removed for violating YouTube’s terms of service. Fancy that.
YouTube – Censor yourself.
If “It’s not who votes that counts. It’s who counts the votes” is true, then those of us who don’t want to BECOME a politician, can combine the going gault strategy with a getting involved strategy, and do our two years of civil service by taking a pay cut and working at the local clerks office.
Using the tactics of the left against them; in this instance- Diversity, might work. Sue for Viewpoint Diversity at all levels of politics, federal and state organizations, academia, journalists/media/Hollywood/Tech-
Took office this month as the Township Supervisor where I live. Small and rural, no big deal, but it’s a start!
Congratulations! Grass roots means small and local. Thank you for doing your part and serving our country. I’m pretty good at internet research. I’m willing to volunteer some time if you need something from the internet. Private message me so you’ll have me in your account (in case you need me)
Hi Bill,
Can you provide a specific list of voting reforms these citizen legislators should seek? I heard voting by paper ballot and an inked finger for each of those who voted. What else? Registration check on voting day?
Gary, I am making a more comprehensive list to post later. You can add match mail in ballot to mail in ballot request. Verify signature on roll books. Make sure all spots are filled at the counting tables Democrat watcher, Republic watcher and in my opinion, a third watcher- independent or other party. AND A POST ELECTION AUDIT!
Bill, I have never run for public office, but I am a veteran of the US Army. I took a blood oath to protect and defend the Constitution. And while I did vote, you made me realize that I just did not do enough. You sent out a call to arms and I am answering that call. Once again our Constitution is under threat and I am obligated to stand. Tell me what I need to do in order to get on a ballot. I’m 60 and in poor health, but I got enough fight left in me for one good last stand!
Eugene, check out this website https://www.veteranscampaign.org/ . Their website says “VETERANS CAMPAIGN IS THE ONLY NON-PARTISAN, NON-IDEOLOGICAL ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO ENCOURAGE, MENTOR AND PREPARE VETERANS FOR A “SECOND SERVICE” IN CIVIC LEADERSHIP.”
Thanks Vicki, I will check it out 🙂
Checked it out. I’m not really interested in a collage credit program (on line) with Partial GI Bill “reimbursement”. But thanks for trying. If Bill does not respond I may email him. It was his idea and I am not the only person here wondering. Perhaps he can address it in one of his next hour long broadcasts. Baring that, I will do my own research and report back!
Thanks again 🙂
Eugene, lets start by sending me a private message and telling me your county and state. I’ll pull some first facts together you need to know to get started. You may want to consider putting something in your profile that says #iVOLUNTEER and which state you are in so that you can begin to find others in your state to support you.
Thanks! I got what I needed from the state web site!
Election Law here in NYS is a Devious Maze.
We have Election Lawyers here who specialize in just shooting down petitions to put people on the ballot, page by page.
Just ONE signature from someone who does not live in the district can disqualify an entire page of 40 signatures.
So learn your election law.
Not to learn why you cannot win, but to see how you can win.
Which includes making certain whoever helps you gather signatures knows where the district lines are and is not so excitable as to forget where they are.
A lot of people get very excited about volunteering for a worthy friend, to the point that they DO forget where the District Lines are, and WHICH district lines matter.
Got it Thanks!
Maybe each of us needs to look for what we can do in our local elections. For those of us in the Phoenix, AZ area, here is a link for getting involved.

Bill,
I heard Steven Crowder saying he may be reducing his time on his shows to do things to make a difference. I think it would be a mistake for any American to do so when they have the kind of viewer numbers that he has or that you have.
It seems to me what we need are organization of people who are willing to help and information about what we can do. I recently went on the Arizona Secretary of State website and found that most of the things that would prevent fraud are already specified as law, they simply weren’t followed. If we can get organized to show up to watch the vote, I think that would be a big improvement. We need more than that, but we need that at least.
I suspect that most of us who want to make a difference don’t know how to do so. Seems to me, organization and information of what to do are needed.
David
Lamestream media says all of our organizations are “conspiracies” and all our information is “disinformation”. How do we break through that? When there are so many people with cognitive dissonance that won’t believe anything else.
I think we will never be able to reach some of them. The MB2A series, if I understand it correctly, is not setting out to reach the Anti-Americans but to isolate from them to some extent. For what it’s worth, if those who heard the legacy media rant for over 2 years about Russia, Russia, Russia only to find that there was nothing there are calling anything a conspiracy then there is nothing that will convince them.
The call to stand may bring us back from the brink. That is, we need to not back down from the Anti-Americans, but telling them they are wrong can inspire others to take a stand against them. It will not likely convince the Anti-Americans.
We would be much more effective as a unified group – all of us who love freedom,
It may not be such a good idea to incubate this effort under “The EYE,” of Youtube…as this is how the Communists have basically flipped everything by collecting all the data, movements, thoughts of their perceived enemy…Americans, and then use counter Marxist Moves in language, education, culture, communication tactics, on and on to defeat us and from the looks of it, give the entire globe is still locked down as of today, their methods are working. How about incubate on this site with commitment from each of us to work to bring you subscribers. From there, hatch a plan forward that is not a full frontal where we reveal our strategy…at least just yet.
If you look at the address bar, it appears that these comments are confined on the billwhittle.com website. Spies will hide among us. Let them come. More people voted for Trump than against him. We can win this if we get organized and active because THERE ARE MORE OF US THAN THERE ARE OF THEM. Out of 255 million voting age adults in the US, Trump is credited with getting at least 75 million, not counting what was stolen. Sidney Powell estimates 7 million.
Let’s do the math.
81.2 million for Biden & 74.2 million for Trump
minus 7 million estimated stolen by Biden and adding these to Trump
becomes
81.2 for Trump & 74.2 for Biden
There is more of us than there are of them. And we are more determined to keeping this country than they are to their socialist fad. All we need is 1. To get involved, and 2. To hang in there for the duration… 10 years …20 years …whatever it takes to turn it around.
LET’S DO THIS! ONE PERSON. ONE VOTE.

Bill,
I’ve said this elsewhere on Nov 1st, and I’ll say it again: What makes us still cling to the thought that this is the first, or second time THEY stole an election? What if that supposed split of the country roughly down the middle does not truly exist? What if there is, say 80% of us and 20% of them, however one wants to label them? What if they’ve been stealing elections for the last 20 years, at least, methodically and progressively, and thus managed to convince us that there is no majority/minority, but a gash running thru this nation with about equal forces on each side, and absolutely no middle ground between them? Why do the political commentators only focus on the Presidency, turning a blind eye to a possibility – in my view, a reality – that senate and congressional seats are also stolen each cycle; governorship; SoSs; and not insignificantly, Election Supervisorships? We’ve always believed that it is corrupt individuals who vote corrupt politicians in, but is that necessarily so? Just because it never dawned on us that they would go to such lengths, does not deny the possibility of it.
Why would we then still believe that ‘good people can be elected on the local level, and then change the system from the bottom up’?? This is the same wishful thinking, I fear, the same honesty and faith in the righteousness of this system and validity of law, that got us into this mess in the first place.
Why haven’t there been MASSIVE demonstrations in every single state every weeked since the election? Why only sporadic and localized events? Because we STILL IDIOTICALLY BELIEVED that SCOTUS would do its constitutional duty. I bet a lot of us still hope that the state delegations in Congress might yet do right by us. We always cling to some newer, shinier hope on the horizon. Always believe that Providence will somehow not allow evil to triumph; will take care of us, if only we remain good, honest, moral, decent. Well, Providence, God, Nature, whatever one calls it, already took care of us – by giving us our will power, intelligence and, in every situation, a choice, be it a crappy one.
‘You are the Kracken’ you said. I believe it wholeheartedly to be the case. And WE are the ONY Kracken that may ever be able to accomplish anything. How do you clear a forest of rot and infestation? You set a cleansing fire to it. The strong, healthy trees will survive, and thrive again. That may be our only remaining way to restore America. As John Adams said “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other”. We need to face the fact that our Republic as designed, died on Friday, Dec 11, 2020 by the coup de grace at the hands of the gutless SCOTUS, after decades of abuse from one side, and neglect from the other. We are all either guilty or complicit in her murder. If she is ever to come back, she must come back stronger and more impervious to human interference. How do you improve on perfection? How do you surpass the genius of our Founders, and restore America for these times? I have no workable idea, either, not yet. Maybe by not trying to surpass anything from the get go; maybe by just first trying to be WORTHY of what we had and lost. Maybe by first FIXING the times. The pain is still too searing, but at least the angst is over. You can never move forward from something until you accept it happened. Not why or how it happened, you never need to accept that; just that it had. But it will pass, and then the forest will start reviving. So I’ll be here every day, sharing in your and all the members’ disappointment and anger and looking for ways to Move Back to America – because there is nowhere else to run.
Bill, you are correct in that the last thing most of us want is to become involved in politics. That being said, I feel compelled to do so anyway, because the need is so great. However, who among us would willfully go next door to our nasty, loudmouth neighbor who is a socialist/progressive to talk issues? This is what can be expected in entering the “fray.” Would I rather someone else do it, perhaps someone with a “thick skin?” Yes, because I am not sure I have the personal composure to do so, without ending up wrestling them to the floor! But then again, I have learned some wisdom in my 65 years of life, and I am retired and availible. Perhaps I have no excuse not to give it a go, I just need to commit. Tomorrow I will go down to Rebublican headquarters and explore the possibilities. I pray I will have the courage to fight this assault on our country, in someway, shape or form, other than just as a bystander.
You won’t be alone. We can gather people to support you virtually until you can build a team locally. You don’t need to wrestle with the adversaries. You are not trying to convert them. Your objective is to rally that half of America that is more like you than unlike you. I can help you get an idea of the numbers, if you give me the district info. I can find out how many registered voters live there and how many of each party voted the last election. We could calculate how many you need to vote for you and how much money you’ll need to raise to run an effective campaign. Did you know that there are lists of Republicans and Independents doors to knock on?
Bill, I want to challenge you to see if you can distill these episodes to 15 minutes. There’s a lot of work to do and time is precious; regretfully I don’t have the luxury to spend hours on the screen, even though the content is compelling! We run the risk of confusing activity with action which is one reason we’re in this mess.
I think with all the stuff Bill surely has to tell us, if it’s broken down into 15 min. segments it would take forever to get through. If you only have 15 mins. to spare every day, you can write down the time stamp on the video and come back to it the next day OR look at your daily schedule and see if there’s extra time in there. Could you wake up 15 mins. earlier? Could you watch a bit while sipping coffee or on your lunch break? Just ideas to help.
Hi De!
I appreciate your suggestions – it’s not just a matter of me making extra time, it’s a matter of brevity being the soul of wit. Bill’s pre-recorded shows are brilliant and get the point across, but often I have to skip free-associative sessions like TSL and MB2A, and given the time-sensitive nature of the content, breaking a one-hour show across four 15-minute days much of what is said has lost its immediacy.
What if a condensed text summary with timestamps were available? Something like:
0:30 Hi I’m Bill
1:05 topic 1
3:17 topic 2
Only with each topic fleshed out as a summary. Would that be something that could help? I don’t know if Bill would allow it, or where it would be posted, but the idea just occurred to me.
This is a great idea! When I am able, I’ll do my best to put the timestamps of topics, and if anyone feels motivated to do the same, all the better for the community.
When I was younger I might have considered your proposition. Now, at the tender age of 85, I no longer have the strength to even consider such a challenge. But I do have the finances to assist. It is unfortunate that we have become so comfortable that we allow thieves to rob us in broad daylight.
I think any way we can help is great. At 85, I’m sure you’ve fought the battles that came along your life’s walk. Blessings and thanks!
The libertarians are having a field day celebrating the death of representative Democracy in the USA. They can genuinely say “we told you so”. They can’t wait for Biden to destroy the nation state. However they said the same things about Obama, Hillary, then Trump. The nation state still stands.
What Bill is talking about has a name: the dog catcher strategy. It once had a well written wikipedia page to but that long gone.

How ballots are done in Australia. Everyone is automatically on the voter roll with no party affiliation recorded. Party rolls are completely separate and private. There is a free/ fine for not voting and it may be prepaid. There are many exemptions. This way we know precisely how many are voting but not who. We have voter ID but in a recent election I noticed that I was never asked for it. [I had it out and the person probably thought that was sufficient. ]
When you vote your name is checked off the roll, the ballot handed to you is signed by the person giving you the ballot. If later it is found that there is two ballots in your name, the person that signed must explain the double vote. The ballots also have batch numbers and water marks and other security printing. If you have a bad or suspect batch you can trace it back to the printer and all staff handling it.
We have some professional electoral staff, people that do nothing but man polls and count votes. They are used to supervise bigger battle ground votes. They are brought in for recounts, byelections (special elections). They are loaned to third world countries to train and help there. They can be hired, for a fee, by private entities to do share holder meetings, club & board votes etc. While 95 % of poll workers are volunteers these professionals are in key places and are fanatical about the rules. They can loose their job with one mistake. Many were military veteran’s early on.
Scrutineers (poll watchers) have formal federal rights, training and authority. They may not touch ballots or machines; they do have party affiliation. Counting is done with the ballot turned upright to the scrutineer. I’ve done this job.
Australia does not have voting machines but we do have online voting, ostensibly for the blind and house bound. That’s being checked in the light of the Dominion claims.
“When you vote your name is checked off the roll, the ballot handed to you is signed by the person giving you the ballot. If later it is found that there [are] two ballots in your name, the person that signed must explain the double vote.”
That sounds like an impressively simple and essential idea/practice for improved accountability. And if signing signatures were too slow or otherwise problematical, a similar scheme with bar coding a poll worker’s badge and then the ballot’s bar code to tie the two together could do the same thing.
The badge thing would not work because they can be stolen or used illegally with ‘stolen’ as the explanation. Finger prints are an option but that’s a lot of ink on the one persons finger.
People fail to understand that there is no shortage of potential polling staff just an artificial shortage created by politicians and bureaucrats to force the use of machines. Every electoral district has the same number of people and the same ratio of voter to poll staffer. If you can do paper in one you can do paper in all. In 2020 you had poll staffers told to stay home due to Covid 19 risk. Those willing to cheat were less likely to get that letter or email.
Stalin supposedly said “It’s not who votes that counts. It’s who counts the votes.” And as a programmer for over 20 years, it’s easy to write code to manipulate data to get the desired result. “To err is human. To really mess things up requires a computer.”
I worked opposite IT on the business side and owned 2 custom labeling systems. My part was to gather the business requirements and perform user-acceptance testing of the software. Because of the criticality of these programs, the systems were developed as closed systems. Additionally, I had to come at the testing sideways and upside down to make sure that errant input / keystrokes didn’t result in dastardly functions or output. From what I understand, minimal testing was done on the software used on these machines. If we intend to use them moving forward, then someone needs to define both user and testing requirements for both the software and the hardware so we have some level of comfort and the systems are locked down.
When I wrote a program, I tested it trying to see If I could break it and have the expected outcome. If “oops!” happened, I changed the code and tried again. Then, and only then, did I send it to selected users to test. Any “oops!” and back I went. Rarely did the users find an ” oops! “, but sometimes make suggestions for improvement of ease of use. If there was time, I made the improvements. And before I started, if I had time and could arrange it, I’d talk to the users before I began. Most users loved me as I always tried for ease of use and reliability. Of course, you could not totally idiot proof things, as idiots can be so darn ingenious!😜
Because I worked for a medical device company, it was part of the process to have the business side perform UAT. That’s not to say that there wasn’t testing done on the IT side – we did have dedicated testers. But since they were labeling systems, and labeling is the #1 reason for product recall in that industry, (not to mention production users were quite good at side-stepping all of our apps), it was in IT’s best interest to insure the business tested and signed off on it. It was my job to put on the ‘production’ hat and attempt to break it from a manufacturing perspective, as well as, insure all documented requirements were tested. I loved my developers and they loved me as our apps released without issue 98% of the time. But, like I said, ours were locked down whereas other apps were not. I’m retired now, but I do miss those 3am system releases. We always had a lot of fun and I have to say that I used the phrase “Release the Kraken” long before Sydney Powell did 😀
Back when we as programmers were responsible for the whole process – design, coding, testing, implementation, maintainance – QA was an inextricable part of the work flow. Coding per se actually took the least amount of time. Whatever errors you could prevent, you did. For the unforeseeable, you put in error handling procedures. You knew the whole product, you knew what was meant to be there, and what wasn’t. Nowadays, with delegated contracting, you have people writing snippets of code to someone else’s specs, subroutines, function, single algorithms, which are then plugged into the body of the main program by a third person. In many a case, that is by design also, to prevent anyone from forming a clear view of the ‘whole picture’.
It’s not a bug, it’s a feature – when people finally get that through their heads, all talk about ‘fixing’ the machines and the software will cease. There is NO WAY to ensure safety of a digital voting system. Whatever a programmer coded, a programmer can break. When you add in intentional security holes, a vulnerability is no longer that – it is a criminal facilitation of a premeditated outcome. Lay people still tend to think that most of the problems and fraud happen on the end-user side. It is not so. Those are easy to trace with a little bit of forensic auditing, and are responsible for a comparatively tiny portion of vote shifting. What happens on the back end, away from watchful eyes, is where the major fraud occurs, and that will always remain hidden, simply as a matter of function, at least during the process being LIVE. As has been made demonstrably and painfully clear to the whole nation over the last few weeks, objections to what happens during that LIVE part are only actionable after, via lawsuits, if you are even given leeway and access to evidence to prove your claims at all, and we’ve also seen how much good it does. Add to that the very frequently unknown and untraceable provenance of the software, along with a providing company’s suspicious financial entanglements with foreign entities and/or governments, and at is a ready-made, designer-grade disaster. The only way to stop intrusion via any digital equipment is to UNPLUG it. The only way to prevent election fraud is to remove digital voting and vote counting. Pen, paper, indelible ink, public conference-calls and public tabulation. All in the open. Sometimes, going back to basics is not a bad thing.
There is a very good documentary, detailed and informative, just released by Josh Philipp at The Epoch Times on many of the topics Bill discussed in this episode.

I tossed the link to the article, dagnabbit, but I did come across one that indicated the voting system was designed to allow cheating.
Personally, if we want to guarantee that there is no cheating, or at least minimize it as much as humanly possible, we need to dump the systems. As long as there’s a network, or data needs to be collected / transferred via USB drives, there will always be opportunities for large-scale cheating.
That said, maybe you and Harry can write the code and I can do the testing on the next version!
