After weeks of refusing to do so, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell dubs Joe Biden president-elect, and offers congratulations to Biden and Kamala Harris. Several other Republican leaders have now done the same. Is it time for the peaceful transition of power to begin?

Biden is not President-elect and will not be until the President of the Senate (Mike Pence) opens the votes sent by the electoral college on Jan 6th., counts them and announces the winner! People need to read the Constitution! And I am not happy with Mitch McConnell.
I’ve never heard Bill make such a short comment, nor as to the point. Only it wasn’t O.J. Simpson who got away with murder, this time. And this time it was we, the American people, who were the victims.
All I can say is “Impeach 46!” This has been the biggest cluster-fuck in American electoral history and I will never accept Joe Biden as legitimate. I don’t think Kamala Harris is legally a citizen either. Another thing we have to watch for is the UN getting involved. That would be foreign interference as far as I’m concerned. Although every situation they’ve gotten involved in didn’t turn out well doesn’t mean they were right either. I just hope I don’t have to die with a weapon in my hands.
“I would like to let OJ Simpson know that I look forward to working with him.”
Based Bill Whittle, Love him.
Destroy the GOP. America First.
Scotty, to say that Kamala Harris’ election was an accomplishment by her is like saying Willie Sutton was a great financial planner and manager. They both used to same meathod to gain their fame. And, the reason you didn’t see the fraud evidence presented to a court for judication is that the courts refused to hear the cases. They simply said each little bit was not enough to overturn the election. The volumes of real data was not argued before the courts. That is like 10 people getting speedinng tickets one day and the court saying if that is the total number of speeders, it is not worth such vigorous enforcement.
With ‘friends’ like this, who needs enemies?

Biden got the presidency just like Obama got the Nobel prize, just by existing. And, in his case, by not being Trump
I don’t agree with everything that Bill says, everything Scott says, or everything Steve says, but I’ll go to my grave standing behind any one of them because they are all patriotic men of integrity committed to the cause of freedom. I agree with Scott that if, and I emphasize if, the court has heard a case and made an honest ruling, we should stand behind the ruling. However, the abundance of evidence suggesting systemic fraud in the election has not been heard by the courts, many of the cases having been dismissed out of hand without allowing the arguments of the plaintiffs to even be presented. In my view, that’s further evidence that even the courts have been infected by the deep state swamp rats. For that reason, I respectfully disagree that we should roll over and accept Joe Biden as president. Part of the reason that we have come to this place as a nation is that the left is unified in their commitment to the long-term goal of totalitarian takeover. Let’s try not to destroy each other the moment we’re presented with a position that we disagree with. That’s the left’s strategy, and many on the right have been brainwashed into embracing it. I applaud you, Scott Ott, even though I disagree with your position on this one.
Mr Ott, if you are playing the role you were hired for, congratulations! (And you have my apologies for the following) Excellently played! However, I think you are voicing your own opinion here, which is exactly, precisely why all new Texans should NEVER be allowed to vote. You are ignoring the many court cases already thrown out by the swamp rats, from the local Michigan precinct level case to the SCOTUS case last week. You are ignoring the mountains of specific evidence presented and sworn to by affidavit by 100’s of witnesses. You sounds like a card carrying Dimocrat. “If Hillary were guilty, she would have been tried! Since she wasn’t, she MUST be innocent!” There exists a trope among video gamers in a similar vein, to wit: You are better than me, so you MUST be cheating! I am still hearing this Hillary tripe from my leftard friends. Highly disappointing to hear it from you, sir.
Many here are attributing statements or beliefs to Scott that he has given no voice to. Unless something emerges that changes the legality of the process, such as an effective law suit, the election results will stand. When the electoral college votes, the title “president elect” is appropriate. No matter that there is evidence of election fraud, it has to be proven. My question is the same as Scott’s, why wasn’t this produced in a compelling way before which ever court had jurisdiction by entities with standing and in a timely way?
I’m convinced that election law was broken sufficient to have significantly flipped the results, but I haven’t seen sufficient evidence to prove that. Certainly not before a court.
Is there corruption in the legal system that comes into play? Yes, all of our important institutions are suffering significant corruption. That does not cover for failing to act before the election to ensure adequate voting supervision, especially in the known trouble spots. Or beating back the lowering of safeguards or the use of suspect methods/machines or getting data preservation. Nor does it excuse an ineffective, disorganized evidence gathering and legal recourse plan after the fact. Dispite predicting this outcome, the president and his staff failed to take effective actions to iniate an effective fight well before November or to have a nimble organization to bring a effective legal responce.
Acknowledging Biden and Harris as “elect” is proper, congratulating them is not. Working with them is required, legally and morally because we are sworn to uphold the constitution unless we are ready to physically revolt. Does that mean we do not fight against their socialist agenda using every legal means? Of course not. If we really believe that the court system has be significant improved due to appointments, we have recourse and if we can prevail in the Georgia senate races, we can have a significant impact on their ability to do permanent damage.
Are we all in in Georgia or are we on the sidelines hoping for the best?
As it was pointed out several times, ample evidence was in fact presented in courts. Didn’t move them. Inserting a “why” before a false statement does not form a valid question.
I am attributing his words to what he said. He is an accomodater. Playing Devil’s advocate is entertaining and serves a purpose, but Mr. Ott was not doing that in this instance. What he said is what he thinks and what he means. Now either he is the only one paying not attention to what has gone on, or he is that stupid. I don’t come here to be soft peddled more “unity” crap, “accept the results” baloney. If that is going to be the new normal here I’m leaving.
As a sovreign citizen of the U.S. I have the ability to say that evidence IS proof. There is overwhelming evidence that we have not had a free and fair election.
I hope Mr Pence does not include the fraudulent states electoral votes in the count.
“Peaceful transfer of power” – OK, right after YOU, Dems. YOU peacefully transfer the power from 2016, first.
I view McConnell’s action as “bending the knee” in hopes of gaining some favor in the future. The Rep’s (generally speaking) seem weak or bought or traitors (RINO’s) in their actions. We must be the laughingstock of the whole world.
Scott-What is going on with you lately? I am afraid you’ve caught the liberal virus and we are losing you fast. I am outraged you would even suggest Trump supporters just accept this rigged election and move on! Your argument about presenting the evidence of voter fraud to the courts is also quite baffling-do you understand the justice system is also corrupt and taking part in this coup? I want to continue supporting Bill Whittle, but I am starting to feel out of place here-especially if I am going to start hearing messages, from Scott, about “uniting” and moving on.
I think Scott doesn’t yet realize the courts (at least in the disputed states) are corrupt and won’t take the cases before them to present the evidence. It seems he wants to believe we have redress through the courts. Perhaps this will be his last red pill. (?) I also think it’s important to have all 3 for a variety or take on stuff happening. A great leader will have a staff of people with varying beliefs and skills so the biz doesn’t go under from stagnation and “yes men”.
Scott, there is an abundance of evidence for various types of legal and illegal fraud in this election. In most cases, the various courts have declined to hear the cases by declaring the plaintiffs do not have standing, or they are bringing the case too late. The Texas case did not involve evidence; rather it pointed out that the four defending states violated their own laws and the US Constitution by allowing government bodies other than the state legislation bodies change the election laws. In this case the SCOTUS ruled Texas does not have standing.
I think we, as conservatives, let this happen. In several swing states, the legislators should insisted on their constitutional rights and challenged the election law changes long before the elections took place. We did not call them to account for their inaction.
Going forward, I suggest conservatives in AZ, MI, PA, GA, WI and other states take a close look at their legislators and either make them challenge the unconstitutional election law changes or vote them out of office.
Maybe I’m being flippant, but now is the time to start saying impeach 47, because you know Kamala Harris is going to become the president. Biden is only temporary.
No congrats would have been nicer. This was kinda nauseating. I will always think Trump won the election.
And the people who don’t believe it are the ones who believe everything they’re told by the MSM. They are brainwashed.
Plenty of evidence was in fact presented in court. Including stuff like expert signature checks on mail-in ballots for accuracy where the R expert found 6, the D expert 11% of inconclusives. In Arizona that has the most experience on mail in procedure. Those ballots should not have been counted. And if you calculate the amount, it is well more than 10 times the difference of the victory.
The court saw that and didn’t bother.
So we can say that we have the stuff, we presented it, now what?
Scott, I don’t quite follow your last comment on this R/A. segment. What makes you think that the courts, i.e., the “judiciary” as you put it, have NOT been presented with evidence? I’m speaking of the various lawsuits that have been filed at the state level, not necessarily the Texas lawsuit. Of course the TX lawsuit addressed matters from a LEGAL perspective, not evidentiary, and still the spineless SCOTUS failed to pick up that gauntlet.
You clearly have your mind made up on this issue – Biden won the election, and you’re fine with that as long as the courts deny hearing or otherwise fail to acknowledge the evidence that has been presented to them.
Did it ever occur to you, Scott, that the courts are just as biased as the mainstream media? Academia? Hollyweird? You actually put your trust in an institution (the judicial branch) that features the FBI, Clapper, the NSA, the CIA, Comey, McCabe, Strozk, Page, and the rest of the criminals? Really?
Scott, you may be the voice of “reason” on BW, but let’s be real. You’ve crossed the Rubicon on this one. Let’s hope that BW has mercy on you.
I sympathize with your frustration and agree that it isn’t evidence that a crime WASN’T committed if court cases fail to meet the bar that allows a case to go forward. We see so many movies and TV shows that we get the feeling that truth and justice will always find a way, no matter what, because that’s just what should happen when you have truth and justice on your side. The reality is much bleaker than that. As with most human systems, corruption is more or less baked in the cake. Truth and justice usually start the game several points behind. A lawyer friend once quipped that “The only Justice in the Halls of Justice are in the Halls”. He seemed to think it was pretty funny. It reveals the mindset of people in the legal profession. It really doesn’t matter if you have Truth on your side, what matters is, “Can you win the case?” For the election fraud cases, the reality is that it would take judges and justices with nearly superhuman intestinal fortitude to stand up to the corruption of the media, Blue State Judiciaries and the handwringing on the Right, fearing that our history of Peaceful Transition will be jeopardized. Cowardice? Maybe so. But then again, we think life should be like a screenplay, when the Brave Attorney convinces the Brave Judge that he should abandon his usual thinking and side with Truth. In reality, the Brave Judge faces backlash, and the Left is very good at backlash. You have to start at the bottom and root out the corruption at the local level to fix it. And that is something that takes far more dedication and commitment than the average person probably has. We believe everyone should play by the rules of decency. One reason Trump was so hated, and still is, is that he was willing to fight like the Left, at least in his rhetoric. Many, many people who voted for him understand that. But being willing to fight does not guarantee victory. We have to be willing to fight and lose and get up and fight again until we win.
Good points. I’ve been around more than 6 decades and you are correct concerning that elusive quality called “justice.” It doesn’t happen like it’s shown on LA Law. Not to be too cynical about all of this, but it’s also been my observation that the only people who benefit from lawsuits are the lawyers.
I want to amend my initial statement somewhat. The lawsuit presented to SCOTUS was FULL of evidence/allegations (to be supported in front of SCOTUS if they actually had the gonads to hear the case, which they didn’t) as to what transpired. I read most of the lawsuit and was struck about how detailed it was though a lot of it was lawyer-speak.
I find it utterly incomprehensible that SCOTUS would toss out this lawsuit on the basis of “standing”. Using their logic, SCOTUS is saying that Texas failed to prove that Texans weren’t impacted by the “irregularities” and flat-out corruption that was evident in the Defendant States. How so, SCOTUS? Changing votes, padding votes, machine algorithms designed to weight votes other than a 1:1 ratio doesn’t impact the state that saw to it that their own laws were followed? Makes no sense.
Anyway, I hope Scott has more time to think about his evident position on this issue – he claims the evidence isn’t there, at least from the court’s perspective. I don’t think there’s any doubt whatsoever about the level of corruption evident in this election, especially in the Defendant States as cited by Texas.
Too bad the presented evidence was not relevant to the case as filed… The claim of the case was that the target states legislation did not run the show but other forces took over. And the result hurts TX. The latter was not demonstrated. While it’s true that the legislation;s powers got usurped, the said legislation did not bother. It could formally cure the situation by just declaring explicitly: “we just send our electors for Biden”. They can legally do that and TX has no say — and no injury from that either. Now they just did the same informally. The people who have actual standing are the voters in those states and the suffering campaign, but the place to fight it is o the state level, not at scotus — IUC Trump’s intervention could only have been accepted if he couls start the case what he could not. All the amicus documents would have been read only after the case is actually going.
I believe Trump won the election. The same fraud machine was in place in 2016 but due to massive unlikely voter turnout they underestimated the margin and the cheating algorithms fell short. In 2020 it looks like Trump had much more support in every category. But this time there was a backup plan, mail in ballots. Knowing that we only see the tip of the iceberg, the fraud was enormous. The problem is if the courts are broken or are afraid to rule on the case what do we do? The Left would just throw out the system or go around it. The system isn’t broken, it’s a good system. The problem is corruption has wormed it’s way in. Good decent people massively out number them. As Bill says in Killing Fraud we need to fix it from the bottom up. Run for office. Encourage someone you know to run.
A famous person once said that our republic would not fall from an invasion from without, but rather from the traitorous within. Turns out this was a prophetic statement. Sadly.

“America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.”
― Abraham Lincoln
The “quotation” attributed to Lincoln paraphrases and distills a concept he expressed in an 1838 speech in Springfield, Ill., without distorting the meaning or sense of the original.
Scott some of these things are being taken to court. While I do think Trump’s legal team has made some errors and not done a good enough job bringing some stuff to court other lawyers have. Read through Sydney Powell’s lawsuits in multiple states where she lists tons of the evidence of fraud we see online and more and she is trying to fight it in court.
I think the media has turned Sydney Powell’s evidence into a “conspiracy theory” type lunacy these past few weeks. Anyone who foolishly watches solely the MSM laughs at all the “non-evidence” she “has”. Their MO is to do and say exactly opposite of what is good, right, or true and ignore anything outside their plan or narrative. And I think Bill said we still don’t know exactly how to fight that strategy. 🙁
Turtle Man is a coward. We need to keep up the fight until Jan. 19th. They’re trying to wear us down. We can’t let that happen.
There are 5 basic tools that have been successfully used against us:
h/t: Pastor James Kaddis
Well, well, well, Scott Ott has spoken the Left’s mantra and revealed that he truly was never a Trump supporter and is now very happy to MOVE ON. He barely even acknowledges that there was MASSIVE fraud and completely ignores that the lawsuits that have been brought are not even being allowed to be heard when they are brought to court. You, Scott have completely undermined the last three episodes by Bill Whittle, IMO. Why so impatient to MOVE ON Scott?
I don’t know that Scott ever claimed to be a Trump supporter, pretty sure he isn’t a Biden supporter. I’m sure sometimes Scott plays devils advocate and I think just speaks his mind. Personally I don’t think the conversation would be half as interesting without his voice. If we don’t honestly debate our ideas, test each other, and poke holes in one an other’s arguments we’d just be another version of the left. Conversations in an echo chamber do not yield strong arguments. If Scott were a full blown Leftist I’d still welcome him to the discussion. Agree or not I find him thoughtful and willing to listen. You can’t though people out because they aren’t 100% in agreement, that’s the Left.
I don’t believe Scott was playing devil’s advocate at the end. If he actually believes what he says, many of the comments are correctly taking him to task. He has to understand that many of us don’t just ‘think’ the election was stolen/rigged. We sincerely believe IT WAS. With that as the basis, we are not willing to accept a peaceful transition of power when the highest court is the land is not even willing to hear cases based on sound constitutional principles. This was an existential election to the power base of the left knowing that a second term of Trump was poised to put many of them in jail. This country is at a crossroads and I, for one, am not willing to just accept the ‘results’ of this election just because cowardly courts and rino Republicans want all this to go away.
I think Scott is desperately trying to hold on to the belief we all once had about truth and justice. I don’t think he wants to believe there is no justice in these states as it’s corrupt to the core. Cognitive dissonance. We didn’t want to believe a lot of stuff over these last years, but we used logic, reason, and other sources. We trusted our gut and our brain. We didn’t want to believe what has now come to pass either. We didn’t believe the steal when we woke up the day after the election either. We forced ourselves to splash cold water on our faces over and over and not give up. We realize we can’t live the illusion of what used to be. Give Scott some slack. This whole thing isn’t easy. JMO
We can’t afford to give anyone any slack. He just wants to believe in truth and justice? Well Peter Pan just wanted to believe he could stay a child forever. Life and reality don’t respect such beliefs.
We all had to come through some process to get to this point. You seem to have a lot of contempt/complaint for many different things, even the very ideas expressed here you say you support by your membership. Much like your comments on the “men vs boys”, funny you should include “respect” & “reality” in your reply. I sincerely hope you find what is lacking within that predisposes you to spew venom at the world around you. Don’t include me in your “we”. So far you’ve shown me I cannot trust you. Done.
Great line about not congratulating OJ, Bill. I’ll be stealing that one!
Okay Scott I have always viewed you favorably, but you are way off probably because you have always been anti Trump. It was not because Texas et al did not have proof of fraud but because SCOTUS said they did not have standing( a cowards way out). Please correct your statement.
I disagree. As Bill has pointed out many times, Scott’s job is counterfoil and devil’s advocate, and he does it well.
Counterfoil and Devil’s Advocate are the roles he plays on the Bill Whittle Now Show. I think these words are Scott’s genuine feelings.
We cannot be like the far left and ostracize anyone just because we may not agree.
Yes we can. We have to not only fight fire with fire, we have to burn hotter. Being decent and fair makes us patsies and losers.
Scott, Minor correction about the start of the video – Cocaine Mitch’s correct tiltle is “Senate Minority Leader-Elect”
President Dominion
President-Elect WAB Cheater. (Weekend at Bernies)
I early voted in the Georgia runoff election yesterday and am not filled with confidence that the senate seats are not headed for the same kind of steal it appears the presidency had. I made choices on a computer screen and the machine printed a ‘ballot’ that only had a computer code on it. That was read into a scanner that said the vote was cast, but there was no human readable paper trail that would verify that it was my vote that was cast. A hand recount of these ‘ballots’ would obviously be impossible.
We need full explanations of what actually happened in the 2020 election. The democrats have no interest in that because their side appeared to win. The media is in the same boat for the same reason. If we can’t have faith in our election processes we are headed for a very dark future.
Which is why we should insist on paper ballots.
I do.
If you can’t go back to something human readable that a voter marked … so that you can reset the count to zero and count them again, we don’t know what you’re counting.
Matter of fact, I think that ballot security should START at the manufacturing end. Each ballot printed should be accounted for, WHETHER IT IS USED OR NOT, from its printing through its counting, and kept aside for recounts.
These went here. They were stored here. These were invalidated after a mis-mark and the voter was given a new one before he or she left because it didn’t make it to/through the counting machine. If the voter was no longer present, it was just invalidated.
These were counted. These were invalidated. These WERE NEVER USED. Every single one of them. Magnetic ink, serial numbers, watermarks, whatever it takes. EVERY ballot printed is accounted for.
What, you found some in a drawer? Where was the chain of custody broken, and who broke it? Jail time for them. Some showed up in boxes in a van? Are they duplicate or invalid serial numbers? Where did they come from? Who is going to jail over it?
This is the way it’s going to have to be run to thwart the Democrats’ rigging methods.
God bless you and thank you for voting! I am thankful that you at least tried to do your part no matter the outcome. Many might not vote for fear of what you just stated but we must do our part and pray for Devine intervention for a victorious outcome! It is so hard to accept the lack of an auditable paper trail or even video monitoring of such an important endeavor as voting in this day and age. For crying out loud, you are on camera the whole time when you check out at a Walmart and most likely every other part of the store you visit. Maybe elections should be held at ATMs and Walmart kiosks to have accountability and visibility that is sorely needed!
There’s a simple way to stop Democrats from committing ballot fraud. It’s the same thing you do with any bad behavior by Lefties – start treating them the way they treat us. Anyone remember a few years ago when Lefties thought is was cute to swarm on and scream at Republican officials in public places? As soon as it happened to Pelosi that jackassery came to an immediate stop.
As much as I hate calling for something unethical and illegal, the only way to get Lefties to stop stealing elections is if we use their own tactics against them. The moment we hear them say, “Both sides need to stop!” the war will be won.
I think they would just go “underground” again like they did for decades. Slowly creep back while indoctrinating our children and young adults. The cancer needs to be cut out or irradiated. As in trials and imprisonment or the max penalty for traitors. Courts Martial.
As a proud Grammar Nazi, I thank you for properly pluralizing Court Martial =8^)
If parents take proactive responsibility to educate their children and cease giving them away to the corrupt public education system then the indoctrination stops.
I think these lockdowns have opened many parents eyes–not just to the need for the Progressives to usurp our freedoms and lord it over all of us but also to realize what their children are actually being taught. Not only the 1619 Project, White Fragility, hatred for their own nation, and dependency on government but poor methods of learning to read and do math and the utter incompetence and ignorance of so many teachers of our history, founding values, or how Science actually works to arrive at conclusions. I speak as a former public school teacher who saw the steady deterioration of the education system and had to fight it on so many issues.
