Political beliefs (Pledge of Allegiance)

The Pledge of Allegiance, The National Anthem, & The United States of America Flag
If you are a citizen of the United States of America, it is one of your civic duties to be able to recite The Pledge of Allegiance & The National Anthem.
It is not something that will be enforced with monetary punishment. It is a matter of respect. It is not so much to ask that a citizen rise and recite either at appropriate times (i.e. before gatherings at public events such as ball games etc. or for students) It is a matter of national pride and respect for your fellow citizens.
The US Flag, while I know that many chose to trample upon the US flag as a way of showing decent and it has been ruled a manner of free speech. While I think that is an extreme stance, I tend to agree that it is protected under free speech (as long as you paid for that flag you destroyed. Destroying a flag you do not own, I think should be a felony with jail time attached.)
As far as flying flags on US soil. The United States Flag must take position ABOVE any other flag. The flag of the State and then any other flag insubordination as the owners see fit. Meaning, if you are flying a US flag and a POW flag for instance. The US flag must fly above the POW flag.
Flying a foreign national flag above the US flag on US soil should be punished by force of law. Why punishable? Because that is the very same thing as saying that you are claiming this land in the name of another nation. An act that for a citizen, is treason. For a foreign national, that is a declaration of war.
9 out of 10 people wont understand how that works because of how screwed up our education system is; but a monetary fine will do a lot to educate them.
