Polling Masks Reality: Trump Enthusiasm Contagious, Voters Social Distance from Biden

While the political polls show Joe Biden with a commanding lead fewer than 30 days before the final election day, the crowd shots show a different story.

While the political polls show Joe Biden with a commanding lead fewer than 30 days before the final election day, the crowd shots show a different story. President Donald Trump speaks to raucous rallies before tens of thousands, while Joe Biden voters social distance themselves in small numbers, enduring dry speeches from the career politician.

I really really really wish I could believe in what you guys are saying…but…I think Obama and the Clintons aren’t bothering with showing up because they know they don’t need to because the Democrats are going to make sure there’s enough fraud done with the mail-in ballots to drag Biden over the winning finish line – they’re not going to let happen in 2020 what happened in 2016…they’re not worried at all.

Donna , I read a comment (probably here) that the Democrats can only win with fraud in the states they control, and Trump was never going to win those states anyway! I worry about fraud as well, but we just have to hope that the vote for Trump is gonna be so Yuge! that it overcomes the fraud, just like in 2016. I have the feeling that a lot more people are going to be voting for Trump this time that before. Steve is a perfect example.

One thing I can point out (kinda taking on Scott’s role) is that the former president kinda shouldn’t be picking a candidate during the primary.. that’s why they’re holding the primary. So on that I cannot fault Pres O. On the other hand, he was involved in so many anti-Trump things which was also contrary to the idea that former presidents were quiet and off the stage, so he had shown he didn’t care for precedent if he didn’t want to follow it.

Remember that President Eisenhower never was a fan of Nixon, and didn’t campaign for him either.

I agree that the polls that show Biden with such a large lead is to discourage trump supporters from voting but I suspect there is also a more sinister motive. When Trump wins in November the Democrats and media will shout from the rooftops “HE CHEATED! HE STOLE THE ELECTION! IT’S THE ONLY WAY HE COULD HAVE WON WHEN BIDEN HAD SUCH A LARGE LEAD!”. As a result of the incitement the protests / riots will start / continue with much more energy and much more destruction.

Gentlemen, let us assume that we as producers at BW want to actively stump for the President during these last few weeks. I can think of no better message to put forth than to bring back the old “Pin the Tail on the Donkey” segment, and update it with a trailer tacked on that adds the Democrat Party ownership of Antifa, BLM, just what those organizations actually are, and what they have actually been doing in all locales where they have been at work!
I can think of no more powerful message for the President, to the American people, than to provide the evidence of full ownership by the Democratic Party of these failed and hateful actions and ideologies. The original “Pin the Tail on the Donkey” was as near perfect for that as can be, but simply needs to be brought up to date with the suggested trailer material.
Please consider doing it ….. PLEASE !!!
I did post this same comment on a segment of BWN a couple of days ago, but saw no response, and feel it is important enough to bear repeating here!

Speaking of subterranean slavery, BIll, I once considered becoming a Quaker until I learned that the initiation includes a stint in the oatmeal mines.

Way back in 2016, when driving around doing errands and such….no Plague so we could do that then….I remember seeing soooo many Clinton/Biden signs on lawns and in windows, on cars and tee shirts and hats. It was nauseating. Yesterday, I actually left my house to go to the store for essentials…and when driving home I realized something. There are almost NO signs up anywhere. I did see a couple signs about voting NO on various Propositions….California wanting to tax us even further into hell and even the left doesn’t want that anymore….but only one sign for Biden/Harris. I did see 3 signs about voting Yes on Prop 22 (CA) so Uber and Lyft drivers could continue to operate.   No one is bragging about voting for B/H.
Granted, signs do not mean the chosen will win….as in 2016…but it does mean no one is that excited about that ticket.

Bill mentioned it at the end, but not only is PDT drawing >10,000 people to events, the livestream is 10s of thousands more. The view after are even more. These, again to Scott’s point, are people actively doing something. Maybe it is easy to go to a YT video, but there are still other options and you need to choose to view it. Biden has FBlive events in the teens of people. How many of those are reporters?

Scott: @ 10:16: “… concerned about losing their right to an abortion.”
Oh, are they seeking someone to abort them? Or just obliterate them on election day?
Since we are asking where is Obama, we might also ask where is Ms. Harris? But I was also surprised that Trump recovered so quickly that VP Pence did not have much exposure as an alternate campaigner either.
Now, is Trump’s apparent very good health and energy really his natural state after recovering from Covid-19, or is he possibly exhibiting some boost provided by some medications? I understood he was off of all meds at this point – true?

Those of you in CA or CO thinking about the people going to a rally in FL: it is not the heat that matters, but the humidity!! We see 78 degrees but 88% RH often (first thing in the morning), and in fact as the day progresses the temp rises to 90 or more but the RH falls to the 55 to 70% level. Almost comfortable!! HA!

What concerns me about the enthusiasm gap is that Biden’s voters are the ones who are so afraid of this virus that they won’t leave their homes to go to the grocery store, much less to a political event. They’re voting absentee (leaving aside the “vote by mail” fraud schemes). I pray that their numbers are small, but I’m chary of leaving this out of the enthusiasm gap calculus.

I was a little afraid this past summer that President Trump might not get re-elected after everything going on with the protests, riots, and even more lockdowns. The news media just kept on blaming President Trump for everything, and I was worried that people were believing what the media was saying. But then, in my city of Cincinnati OH, there was a Trump parade organized in early September. Originally, only about a couple hundred of people had showed interest on the Facebook event. But then while the parade was going on and afterwards, I heard that a few thousand had shown up for this Trump parade. President Trump wasn’t even in town, wasn’t holding a rally or anything. But still, a few thousand (I wanna somewhere around 7,000) had shown up, and apparently this event wasn’t even coordinated by the Trump campaign. Now there is a second Trump parade planned on October 24th, and already around 1,000 are going to the event with another 5,000 interested. Again, this isn’t even sponsored by the Trump campaign, just people wo want to show their support for President Trump! I have yet to hear anything like this being done for the Biden campaign here in Cincinnati.

Bill, the enthusiasm is here in Cincinnati and you know who I’m voting for come November 3rd. TRUMP 2020!

It’s real, David. The footage from the AZ reporter at the Biden rally where she can’t see any supporters is even better.

I saw the rally where there were no supporters. You’re absolutely right, it is better. I’m praying Trump wins and maybe I don’t even need to pray!! Vote TRUMP 2020!

I forget which of the rallies (might be the drive in they had the video, but I thought it was a walk in) where the Trump supporters across the street were louder than the people attending the rally.

That says something about enthusiasm.

I was hearing the opposition in the background of the video report. It was encouraging to hear those folks in AZ loudly tell Biden and Harris that we need four more years (of Trump). It made me smile. 🙂
