President Trump is the perfect man for times of pandemic, according to Politico’s Zachary Karabell, because he’s not an ideological conservative, and he knows how to spend piles of money. While Karabell may have meant that as an insult, he might just be right. With a personal history of highly-leveraged businesses, it’s hard to imagine another Republican who could be comfortable with massive federal spending as a Donald Trump.

Thanks for the reminder Bill. Scott does such a great job as the Devil’s/Democrat’s advocate that I forget sometimes that he is on our side. Before your comment at the end I was thinking that I should thank Scott for his effort in this regard and to say I marvel at his ability to give us the leftist thought process so well that some people want to punch him in the throat.
