Question; At what point does driving someone to suicide become murder?

I can’t help but think that the state, in locking people in their homes, imposing financial ruin upon them, socially isolating them to the point where they kill themselves  …. at some point, this has to be murder, no?

When does it become murder? is it simply that the state does not have the right to lock people in their homes and therefore the first suicide is a murder?  Is it when the number of suicides exceeds the deaths from covid?

If driving someone to suicide is murder, how do we bring these criminals to justice?

I have to admit, I have given it some thought. The masked world is just too creepy.
There are some lawsuits out there, challenging this tyranny,.

Respectfully, there is no justice to bring against the “State” that should not first be brought against the People. The State will do whatever it can get away with. Sometimes what it thinks it can get away with is pretty god damned horrible for the ordinary person. The only way crap like this doesn’t happen is if we refuse to let it happen. If State policies are intolerable, then we must not tolerate them. But tens of millions of Americans have tolerated them, have complied with them, have enforced them. What the architect conceived, the craftsmen had to construct, before it could exist.

The “State” is a cancered microcosm of the body politic. Even as it betrays the body (and it always does), it does so according to the law of the body’s own nature. Our nature, it seems, is to crow that we are the freest people in all the world, and then to do exactly what we are told. Even if you, individually, governed yourself as a truly free person, and shirked all your government’s unconscionable dicta, how many of your neighbours did the same? And their neighbours? And theirs?

So no. We don’t bring them to justice. We should not bring them to justice. That “justice” would be a self-distraction. It would be an evil lie.
