If it will still be departing out of the great state of Florida, we need to ask how many people have to sign on to get Bill to rent out the Miami Planetarium and try to put on a showing of Long Journey of a Young God from memory.
As near as I can tell from what Bill has said on the TSL, the plan, and this is the best kind of plan, is to have that cruise come Hell or High Water, the moment the Powers That Be get out of the way of it happening.
The cruise line that steps up to provide the cruise ship will be one to remember, perhaps, and to make your One And Only Cruise Line because they did step up first, because they never gave up on the idea of providing a setting for all-you-can-eat-buffets and skeet shooting at sea.
