I was trying to think of names for the Raccoon …. I was thinking a name that works for both male and female (cough non-binary) would be good. It should also be short … A few suggestions.

We have the left’s example on this. The president-select does not have the authority to make a change like this by executive order. If he makes the attempt, a red state AG needs to make a beeline for the courthouse and request a national injunction (I don’t think those are constitutional, btw, but as long as they’re on the table, we should use them.) ATM, it only takes a single federal judge at the trial court level to bottle something up for years.
I pray you’re right, but past history demonstrates those unconstitutional injunctions typically only work one way. If the red state AG can even find a sympathetic judge, typically, they issue an extremely narrow ruling. The only one that I can recall actually working was from a federal judge in Texas regarding DAPA.
