President Trump has been indicted on the flimsiest of charges by an avowedly partisan Grand Jury. What is the best response to this level of venality and pettiness?

Also can we give Trump some grace here. We’ve put up with horrible policy since Reagan left office and Trump ran because he couldn’t take what was happening to the country and fought these people for us. He’s not perfect but he did tremendous things for our country in spite of the war they waged on him. We need to support this man. Nobody is fighting them like him and understands foreign policy like he does. And I don’t think any other President has gone through what he’s gone through and still standing.
Listen to Trump’s interview with Carlson. I think he gets it now
I have a FORMER pastor who believed this crackpot idiot nonsense about how the bad guys won the Civil War, etc. (Did I happen to mention that he’s my FORMER pastor? LOL) I figured if he’s that stinking stupid about Lincoln, I can’t trust him with anything else. When I left, therre was NO doubt in his mind (?) as to why.
A friend of ours runs a daycare. The husband who stops by there several times a day is almost never unarmed and has his permit. The sign on the left is similar to the one on his daycare door. Compare and contrast to the one on the right which is typical for a school.
Where would you feel your kid is safer? Would you know if he was present?
Sign on left translated: “Do you feel lucky punk?”
Sign on right translated: “Helpless victim zone”.
The left (team evil) engages in mid-level violence. If we respond, we lose. If we don’t respond we lose.
If we respond in kind, we lose. If we enforce the law against the mid and low level stuff, we ultimately win. But we have to keep fighting.
Giuliani did this in NYC but once he was gone, things reverted pretty quickly.
I may be wrong but it seems you wandered off into the weeds. You began discussing the litany of attacks on President Trump and then began talking about school shootings that led to… Please try again. Here’s a premise for you to chew on: The Democrats attacked President Trump from the time he was elected (no, they didn’t even wait for him to be sworn in) because they feared him. He was the man who couldn’t be bought. He couldn’t be embarrassed. They made up false evidence because they couldn’t find actual evidence of wrong doing. President Trump may have resisted these assaults had the Republicans circled the wagons and protected him. Imagine how much more he might have accomplished during his Administration had they protected and supported him. They didn’t. When a President is elected, the party helps with lists of appointees. President Trump had to hang onto many of President Obama’s appointees because he didn’t have enough candidates to fill all those offices. Those who remained sabotaged President Trump at every turn. Now, if you accept my premise, look for the next answer: Why did they fear him?
Drag queens using the McMartin preschool prosecution technique to intimidate and confuse children too young to stand up to them. Where’s the REAL adults in the room who are supposed to be protecting those children? And it’s at SCHOOLS!!!
Don’t give teachers too bad a rap… they HAVE to join a union to work in most of these schools. A lot of them are just keeping their heads low.
I think enough of them would be happy to carry. When I took my CCW course (granted, it was 15 years ago) … I think three out of the 10 of us in the class … and this wasn’t a Bass Pro class, it was taught by a guy who trains police and military in law, safety, and tactics. Not the cheapest way to go, and certainly not the easiest way to get your permit.
As far as “that sounds conservative” … I’ll agree that that’s true today. 30 years ago, though, it was mainly “liberals who were all about “don’t trust the government on anything”. And that has flipped. I noticed that several years ago.
I think the difference is, they’ve taken over the government, essentially.
See, with me, it’s the pettiness. AND they hate America.
Oh, they turned out to vote in 2020. I still think the Democrats cheated in the strongholds where they essentially controlled the entire process. The fact that it’s nearly impossible to prove is by design. By the design of Democrats.
just get used to the idea it may come to the 2nd civil war. TRUMP screwed up by not arresting the criminals after the 2018 mid-terms and he HAD the proof but he didn’t want to rock the boat for his second term,

Anxious to hear the Razorfist rebuttal. I’ve had nagging questions about the Civil War and Lincoln’s obsession with retaining all the states in the Union since before Razorfist was born.
They set the precedent…
Whoa, guys. I could be completely wrong on this, but it seems to me that PDJT’s strategy here is to give the leftys/communists enough rope to hang themselves and it appears to be working. Yeah, it sucks because as the leftys wreck everything from the economy to elections to the military to the education system to the DOJ, on and on, we all are forced to live with the damage this is obviously causing. However, this is apparently what it takes to wake enough people up to start actively pushing back against this ever more obvious lefty gov’t corruption. Unfortunately, it seems the only other alternative to taking down these commies this way is actual physical violence which I believe is exactly what PDJT is desperately trying to avoid. Every time PDJT baits the left into setting another new precedent, and he’s forced a bunch of them, he opens the door for turn-about in the future. I am praying daily that he survives long enough to see this through.
i believe we need another round of Trump as a disrupter then follow on with DeSantis.
Much more is needed than an individual disruptor in the White House.
The problem is that the rest are essentially, by definition, politicians, and politicians want to be loved by their voters. Disruptors have to not care. A conundrum.
I think you’ve demonstrated my point. One disruptive person elected to public office is far from sufficient. Many are needed to force the political cuckolds out of their gravy-riddled positions.
Without taking offense at the blunt tone of this comment, please tell us …
If illegal incarceration like what has been imposed upon J6 protesters is to be avoided, what should be done?If sedition is a charge that must be avoided, what should be done?So often I hear people proclaiming the need for peaceful protest; however, if violence is to be avoided in a world where the voices of reason are blatantly ignored and suppressed, what should be done?…
No … really! What should be done? All of this talk is good for people who live in a society that is accepting of constructive debate, but we no longer live in such a society. If one speaks against the mob and its poliical masters, then one will be cut down — figuratively (canceled and censored) and/or actually (Ashli Babbitt).
Over and over, I read commenters writing they held their nose and voted for Trump. Disrupters disrupt, people, especially commenters, enjoy finding fault, and “the Donald” has a deserved, disreputable reputation. What gets me is just how dishonest, un-American, and unbelievably naked the Big State’s response to Trump has evolved. And they don’t care if everyone and anyone – including our enemies – sees them work, because the mainstream media will cover for them. The Big State needs to be plowed.
What the past 8 years have taught us is that fighting the MSM takes an a##hole, devil-may-care, prick. We tried nice guys with reasoned policies (that fit into the Big State’s allowances) and great reputations – read Romney – and got blown out. If we’re serious about what Vivek Ramaswamy calls our “1776 moment” we must get back behind a guy who can withstand all these attacks. We need non-politicians. (Politicians are essentially prostitutes, and we know what Trump does to them.)
Trump stood against the Left and defeated them for one term. The Left is back and has shown how ugly they are and what they mean to do to our country and our children. The MSM will continue to lie, cheat, and steal to maintain the Left’s power. Many Americans will continue to fall for it.
Trump, standing there and taking the abuse with his chin high in the air, is most likely to be the successful disrupter to the system.
Well … I did not hold my nose (I’ve smelled much worse), but DJT was not my first POTUS candidate choice in 2016. However, he was my only POTUS choice in 2020.
