Steve,
an eiderdown bag with 3 pounds of fill will make you sweat. I speak from my well spent youth, having spent a week backpacking the the forests of NY State alone as my summer vacation.
Tom
You’re gonna need a whole heap-a filters.
FYI: Lightning strikes the Empire State Building a lot. Ok ok, if you go down to nanometers, probably not the exact same spot. Nit picker. ( Oh wait. Didn’t I do that when I posted this? Oops)😏
Three dogs, eh, Steve?. Not bad. Not a amateur dog owner. I have 4 rescue dogs myself. Maggie and Lillie low 40 lbs (and my high energy dogs) Bella high 40 lbs and Jack, high 50 lbs. All raised from puppies, Jack and Bella at the same time. The door exit gets interesting, especially since Jack has had his right rear leg removed due to cancer. Unless he gets there first (rare) or comes in last (not too common) he almost always gets knocked over. He doesn’t care. And he’s the one who most wants walks, even when he had the painful cancerous leg. Much happier now.
There is a multi part interview series that Tim from Everyday Astronaut did with Musk at the actual build site walking around discussing everything they are building. Really great interview

All those men in the C17 .. I wonder how many are actually Talibans. And no women.
Thank you for making me laugh out loud, Steve, with your reference to your dogs.
Hey Scott? Yeah coffee is generally considered “produce” for purposes of quarantine or inspection at most Customs entry points and ag check points. It doesn’t matter if it’s ground or whole bean. Some places it doesn’t matter if it’s already roasted and some places it does.* This will be especially applicable if you’re going to a South American country where coffee is grown. The country will rightfully want to prevent the spread of parasites and diseases from other regions to their own very important crop.
Generally if you can’t bring fruit and/or vegetables you can’t bring coffee either. If they use dogs to check your baggage they’re going to call you into their little “office” and make you open your luggage for hand inspection.
So “heads up” on the coffee thing.
You can try it, the worst that will likely happen is that your coffee stash will be confiscated and destroyed. You can probably get away with a “dumb American tourist” act and avoid any legal issues but …
A lot depends on which country you’re visiting. Police States are notoriously more strict and they love to jail Americans at the slightest excuse.
(* I.E. Bolivia has a regulation that may apply or not, depending on the mood of the customs inspector that day. Columbia outright bans all “vegetables, plants or plant material, meat and food products of animal origin”. Coffee, roasted or green is definitely a “plant material”. These things are widely and wildly open to interpretation by the enforcement personnel you encounter. Be sure to check the regulations on the country of destination before you go. When in doubt, call their embassy or consulate.)
Mrs. Ron and I watched “Dave” about 3 weeks ago. It holds up really well (released in 1993). We still laughed. Any movie with Charles Grodin can’t have been bad. But it is really good and the backroom dealing is great.
If Joe demonstrates, unequivocally, that he can’t continue; Jill will author his resignation letter. 25th wouldn’t have time to be invoked.
IF???!!
When….
unequivocally=comatose, unable to speak, not just not form coherent sentences, doesn’t recognize Jill. essentially, they can’t even fake it. “he’ll” resign. having no veep will be aproblem as no tie breaker.
What is the BWN preference here with videos. Would you rather us watch them here on the website, over on Rumble or on ScrewTube? I’m fine watching them wherever gets you guys some return on your efforts. Someone from the BWN empire please advise..thanks. Oh welcome back Mr. Green.
Watching here makes it easier for you to interact with your fellow Members, and it’s the only place that we can guarantee future videos will appear.
-Probably Star Wars
-some other movie, Aliens, Good Bad & Ugly, I don’t know.
-The Final Countdown.
Backstage is always a joy to watch.
It’s hip to be…a square. Sorry, Huey.
I’ve said too much.
Thank you again for bringing it.
Your new web site visitors may be from those Scandinavian countries that trust their news and have decided to see someone else’s news just for a change of pace.
How many of you would it take to form a CUBE?
I’m square and proud of it…’til I understand how that helps.
Weren’t there parachutes at some point?
STEVE —
Glad you’re back safe!
Who will Zo replace next?
Are you guys familiar with how the rockets are going to land? The current idea is there will be no legs whatsoever and the launch tower will have gigantic arms that will catch BOTH the booster AND the ship.
Also Bill, there’s a heat shield on the windward side and it will reenter with a very high angle of attack.
consider what a evacuation by civilians vs the government, Dunkirk – voluntary civilians, Saigon and Afghanistan – government run
If the 25th Amendment was created for any situation Joe Biden is that situation, he is literally walking brain dead. Does hugely public include his pedo tendencies or the Hunter Biden daily train wreak.
We knew it last year, Democrats won’t even be slightly embarrassed about it, it was get Trump at literally any cost, we are now seeing the cost. As was stated before, our side can believe in consistency , honor integrity etc, they believe in winning.
The Starship and Super Heavy Booster is taller than the Saturn Five and Twice the lift capacity. The Super Heavy Booster will be caught by the integration tower, yes I said caught. While the Starship will do the belly flop re-entry. The first test flight will ditch the booster about 20 miles form the launch site into the Atlantic Ocean, and the Starship will ditch after doing the belly flop into the Pacific about 100 miles north of Hawaii. At least according to the official test launch planning documentation.
that gateway message had me bugged yesterday too… thanks for the explanation…
When it’s not the gateway error, it takes forever to load. Since this didn’t happen with other websites I knew it was not my equipment it was only BW. I did wonder if it’s another form of shadow banning, adding a few anchors to the loading process until people give up and go elsewhere.
It’s not a “withdrawal” – it’s a “rout”.

Things will change fast as the Intelligence Agencies have spoken against Biden when he said there was zero intelligence that suggested the Taliban would move so fast. He said it two weeks ago and again at the statement.
It would have been accurate in several ways if he’d said ‘ I have no intelligence’
