Morgan James has posted a treasury of stripped-down acoustic versions of classic songs during the pandemic sequester, and I could post just about any of them, but my fondness for Billy Joel has overwhelmed my instincts.
Morgan also does one of my favorite versions of “Dream On” with Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox.

Excellent. May I make a song request for something Johnny Cash for the next edition of “Saner-at-Home Jams?”
You can make such a request, though I’m not clear if you want to hear Johnny Cash, or someone interpreting Mr. Cash. On the other hand, because this is a Member-written blog, you could always post your favorite. As you wish.
I didn’t want to commandeer this series without permission, but now that you’ve given it….
Also why does your fondness for Billy Joel not surprise me? We seem to have similar tastes in music.

That version of Dream On is absolutely fantastic. Love most of what Postmodern Jukebox does and this gal can really sing. In a sane world she would be a huge star.
