As far as I know the LAPD and LAFD have nothing to do with the City of Compton. It has been policed by the LA County Sheriff’s Department, since the local police department was abolished. Has the LAPD taken over from the LASD?
As I understand the constitution, it is not the legislative branch that is responsible for the enforcement of laws. That would be the executive branch.
Keep up the good work, but it might be useful to be a little more sure of your facts before you state them so absolutely. Maybe I’m just a nit-picker, but incorrect is still wrong.

We all lose the moment.. but I can’t help but think that I need to convince you, Sir, to GTH out of California. Mind control capital… and you are someone who has previously excelled at fighting that You have so much to keep contributing but if you stay in CA, you are going to be slowly degraded. Hard to sit here in the flyover and watch this.

If I could go back in time, I’d ask the founders to add an amendment that sunsets every law passed by Congress 10yrs after its enacted. Constitutional Amendments exempted.
Banishment….well…monkeys do that…they have a code of behavior and, if a monkey breaks the rules badly enough, that monkey is banished….but he must find another tribe to accept him and it is not easy….after all, the new tribe knows that the monkey has broken serious rules and they have to decide whether to accept the monkey. For the banished monkey, he cannot live by himself for a very practical reason: He needs someone else to get the nits off of the top of his head. So….banishment…could serve a very good purpose although it could be abused by simply banishing people whose ideas were not accepted.

I’m not sure why, but all of the Bill Whittle videos are now being posted (on the new site) with the video volume at about 30%. The first thing I do is start the video and then click on the volume icon and move it to 100%. I hope that helps.
Re budget: Many agencies are what is called Industrial Funded (IF). This has been going on within the military since at least the 90s. They are given a pot of money and they charge for everything….Within the Navy, the acronym is NIF or….as we used to call it….Nothing Is Free…the Army and the Air Force had their own versions.
Unfortunately, unless they have come up with a new test, confirmation of Alzheimer’s can only be done posthumously….There are so many forms of dementia, many of which are curable and, having held my own mother’s hand down that dementia road, my concern has always been that all dementia, curable or not, gets lumped under the Alzheimer’s label. Had I known then what i know now about drugs, I would have handled things differently and paid attention to what meds she was on and the adverse effects….this from someone who has so many food and drug allergies or, at a minimum, a sensitivity to most drugs. I think that, in the back of my mind, that I was aware that Tim Conway had dementia….it is an awful way to go. Most people who have not gone down that road with someone think that it is simply “Aunt Mabel is a little dotty”….not so and, fortunately, most people do not ride that train all the way to the end and die from, usually, pneumonia…..The insult comedian you were trying to think of may have been Don Rickles…
