Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau have now got almost full control of Star Wars content at Disney/ Lucas.
The board moved Kathleen Kennedy and her people over to a project called The Acolyte and locked the door. The project has turned into a very public screaming match with woke on woke battles, firings etc. Now Kathleen has lost all creative control, reportedly shut down by the board of directors. Leslye Headland has revealed in the process that she hasn’t got a clue and wants a lesbian hero. One of the writers they hired has never seen a movie, book or comic and did not know the Luke and Leia were related.
Mean while Dave and Jon have produced great works with the Mandalorian. The bad batch (my only quibble is that they clearly don’t know any genetics and that’s a key theme with the Omega character.) The Book of Boba Fett is in post production. Multiple crossovers are planned, including Hayden Christensen, Vader.
Mark Hamill has finally convinced key people that Sebastian Stan should play Luke not a CGI Jedi. Dave and Jon are including a lot of Star Wars Legions material in their work. That is the Extended Universe of books and comics that KK discarded but also plagiarized. There will be Solo and Skywalker children story arcs but they don’t lead to Ben or Rey. Yet both actors are on board. they are not retconning things but doing something more creative, possibly a time line split.
Gina Carano is being re-hired with a bigger profile but there is a debate if she will take the deal. Even Daisy Ridley is publicly on Gina’s side.
It may be time to lift the embargo and give Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau some support now that Kathleen Kennedy is in the penalty box and it looks like Leslye Headland is trying to join her.
I suspect the Disney Board of directors are upgrading their security to deal with the woke mob. This may be a game changer. If you remember the McCarthy era, it all ended very quickly when someone finally fought back.

Many of the weekly reviews of both the Mandalorian and the bad batch cite the contrast with the sequels, both of Dave and Jon’s works have character progression and avoid most plot holes.
Looking at the sword play you may need to adjust the speed of some moves. The armour and shield seems to have no weight. The challenge is that the sword stroke still needs to be fast.
The Nancy Pelosi Phantasm needs to be standing on a very unstable pile of money. Her fortune is built on hundreds of insider trading deals.
Actually Loki is not bi or gender fluid, they even get that wrong. He’s a shape shifter so can really be male, female, a horse and that is NOT the comics. That is 2000 year old Norse mythology. He fathered the war horse one of his brothers rides. The Norse, like the Greeks, were very pagan with some very messed up gods. That is what Christians objected centuries ago to paganism. It normalized immoral acts that are medically and socially harmful. Ironically if true sex changes were possible the moral problems all go away but you’re going to have some very interesting divorces. However in that context the Woke fanatics would be opposing it and demanding fixed gender!

I don’t get the big deal that people are making of Loki being bisexual, to me it’s a non-story, for both sides. Loki is a manipulative shapeshifting villain who is more than willing to use sexuality to get what he wants. In the original Norse mythology he is the mother of Odin’s horse, and the father of several other characters, and several others are animals as well.
I’m glad I’m not the only one that knows how old these ideas are. This is why they picked Loki and as you work though a lot of Hollywood’s show runners and see they are looking far and wide for any characters that can be recast as LGBT.

Those renders are pretty impressive. The one thing I would suggest going forward is that I think the head moves around too much now – I think what’s going on is that when you’re doing the motion capture you don’t have the weight of a helmet on your head, so you’re unhampered in your movements.
