Sugar!! It turns out that real sugar is much better for you than HFCS. (Just like real animal-based fats are much better for you than all the highly processed fats that they invented to be “healthier” substitutes.) But thanks to federal subsidies and taxes, HFCS is cheap and real sugar is expensive. (This is why Coca-Cola did that thing with New Coke, so that they could switch to much cheaper HFCS.) Try Mexican Coke which is made with real sugar. Try grape jelly with real sugar.
I can’t eat processed foods made with HFCS anymore. They just don’t taste good. But homemade cake with homemade buttercream frosting? Get out of my way!
Read Michael Pollan’s book Cooked. He explains how industrially processed foods really got their start with WWII, and that after that they targeted housewives for sales. What he has to say about bread literally changed my life. And fermented foods.

Dick Morris pointed out years ago that the alliance between big government and big business is literal textbook fascism. Also, the leftists in particular have been rooting for this for at least a decade. There’s an almost wistful wish among the Left and Big Media for making our economy “more like China’s,” where there is more “public-private partnership.” That’s code for big government working with big business, and that is textbook fascism. As Morris says, its only difference from 1930s fascism is race.
And true to Alinsky’s Rules, the Left accuses conservatives of being fascists.
And BTW Dr. Malone has been speaking about the corruption of the medical literature publishing industry for a couple of years now.
Don’t worry you’ll be back to eating cocoa puffs in no time, but you’re exactly right about this merger of big business with government. I’ve read a couple other articles on this.
If the Lechtner were Jack the Ripper one should look at his wife and who she was, if they married after the last of the killings. Nothing can change a man like a wife and children, especially if the wife is the “flopping” kind. 😉

I think that government is now a partner with big Pharma and they not only get the power… but they likely get a fair chunk a change… or at least the functionaries and some of the politicians…
The fact that the actual therapeutics have been suppressed is a criminal indictment of both Fauci et al and the medical establishment…

I had an experience of total dehydration a few years ago… I had been at a Jean Michel Jarre concert at the foot of Masada… the wind picked up and they postponed the concert at least an hour till it calmed down and we had very little to drink that night but after a day in a hotel nearby, I assumed I had been drinking enough… but obviously not… Returning home on the back of a motorcycle, I was struck by how much the Dead sea had shrunk. I felt bad enroute and then spent almost a week in a semi coma in bed until my husband finally insisted and took me to an emergency clinic… where they gave me a liter of sodium and then my doctor started a series of tests… I never got any treatment… just tests, tests and more tests till I finally said… that’s it… I couldn’t eat anything because all I could taste was salt… the only freshness I could almost taste were cucumbers…
After I started to eat … but not feeling better, I spoke to a healer… over the phone… he told me that I couldn’t really absorb the nutrients until I replenished my digestive enzymes and he recommended a 3 day pineapple fast… eating just the fruit and water… by the end my teeth were screaming but I started to regain my strength and my appetite… of course the gastro guy I finally saw didn’t believe it actually helped…
Jack the Ripper has been an interest of mine forever… I even took a Jack the Ripper tour of London. decades ago…
Patricia Cornwell wrote a book about the Ripper… called Portrait of a Killer which presents a theory that a German British painter, Walter Sickert was the killer… but I see it has been debunked… and the one you presented seems a lot more compelling…

My schedule does not normally allow me to view any of these wonderful episodes in real time. Last night, Jan 13, 2022 was an exception. I tuned in and lo and behold, I could not find the broadcast. I went to YouTube and I could not find it there either. Here is my request: Somebody please give me a clue how to find the live broadcast. My febrile mind is apparently not functioning correctly.
