Trump NOT Not Guilty of Obstruction: Mueller Leaves Door Open for Impeachment

Special Counsel Robert Mueller, at his final press conference, implies Donald Trump is NOT not guilty of obstruction of justice, and leaves the door open for impeachment. Will Democrats take new hope from the implication that the only reason the Mueller report didn’t recommend charges against Trump is because a sitting president can’t be charged with a crime?

Whether it’s unConstitutional to file criminal charges against a sitting president doesn’t matter. He can’t charge Trump with obstruction or anything else because he has no evidence. Mueller says he can’t conclusively say Trump is innocent. That’s a lie. Unless there is clear evidence, he is innocent until proven guilty. That’s how it works.

The Mueller investigation was a distraction to cover the Obama administration’s spying on Americans. Starting in 2012, four FBI contractors illegally used an NSA database and 702 type queries to spy on his political enemies until Admiral Mike Rogers shut it down. Wanna guess who was the FBI Director at the time? Yep, Speedy Bob Mueller.
He’s up to his neck in this.

Funny how Mueller told the Attorney General, the Deputy Attorney General, and numerous witnesses that DOJ policy did not play a role in whether or not he accused the President of a crime. Now he makes a speech, changes his story, takes no questions, and runs away. What a cowardly excuse for a man.

“At the end of Volume II of the Mueller Report, however, there were 20 pages of genuinely new material.

“There, the former FBI director turned Special Counsel Robert Mueller defended his “Application of Obstruction-Of-Justice Statutes To The President.” These overlooked 20 pages were dedicated to defending Mueller’s interpretation of a single subsection of a single obstruction-of-justice statute: 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2).

“That’s quite strange, but you know what’s stranger still?

“In June 2018, Bill Barr, then in private practice at Kirkland & Ellis, wrote a detailed legal memorandum to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. This memo came to light in December, when Barr was nominated for Attorney General.

“The subject was Mueller’s interpretation of the aforementioned 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2).”

If you want to know why Mueller continued the investigation for 2+ years, knowing that there was no collusion, and then ended it 6 weeks after Barr was appointed AG, look no further than this. Mueller’s interpretation of that statute causes him to believe that Trump *did* obstruct justice.

I’m only about halfway through the Mueller report, Tim. I thought we agreed there would be
no spoilers
.

If the President can’t be charged – why have an investigation? Mueller KNEW the dossier that started this was fake, Andrew Weissmann his #1 was briefed by Bruce Ohr LONG before the investigation was opened. So the day after the President turns him down for the position of FBI director he is appointed by Rod R. – who is also part of the cabal? This never should have happened.

It wasn’t an inference, he came out and said it – there is a remedy for this in Congress. He lied 4 times during this press conference, especially the bit about charging the President. ALL of the obstruction “crimes” were legitimate powers under the President. He could have fired Mueller legally as he did Comey. He lied when he said he didn’t indict because the President can’t be indicted. This is not what he told Barr (three times) and it is in phone transcripts with multiple People present that he didn’t charge because he didn’t have enough evidence – so NOT GUILTY. My question is are People ready to rip the country apart by charging a President that hasn’t committed a crime? Because that’s what coming. If they make it through the Senate because of Rinos this country will explode in a Civil war – believe it. Those that think we are too lazy are in a fantasy world – if this goes to the end the Rule of Law is broken, and all will be burned to the ground in what follows.

His charter always was to hand over ‘evidence’ to the Democrats in order for them to pursue impeachment. He never had evidence of collusion and knew that within a couple of months. Then, obstruction of justice enters the investigation. Who asked for it and why? If that wasn’t the case, the whole 2nd part of his ‘report’ wouldn’t exist. Lastly, you CAN charge a sitting president. You just can’t prosecute until his term is over.

Mueller has a stellar career history – check out his reoord in the Boston area. Howie Carr’s radio show can give you some good info.

That may be true, but he certainly didn’t end his career on a stellar note.

I suspect intheaspens was speaking with sarcasm, as I’ve read Mueller was in charge of, or part of, the FBI group dealing with Whitey Bulger, a supposed informant for the FBI but was really feeding them false information about his criminal opposition (he was a mafia member). After the truth of his falsehoods came out, 4 people remained in jail because it would make the FBI look bad if people knew a crook was stringing them along. 1 of the 4 died in prison.

Yes, that is exactly their script. All the crimes they themselves committed, they will pin it on Trump and his administration and vehemently accuse Trump and the team of it. In other words, scapegoating. Not only that, but they will later take credit for every single good thing their victim ever did.

The NPC population would just play out their given narratives like a bunch of programmed robots. Innocent zombies that they are from top to bottom.

It’s straight out of the little red book, but is now armed with technology and amplified by social media.

This analysis by Bill of what Mueller-the traitor- did is exactly why I support this site. Being here is one of the wisest choices I have made. Thank you!
