I think Bill threw up in his mouth a little when Scott morphed him into Nancy. But I think Bill is right about how they could win in 2020.
With all of the people thus far announced embracing the GND and all its craziness; someone is going to come forth on the left that is going to a) take the high road wrt PDT and b) move just enough back to the center as to seem sane and not socialist.
I think Biden could do it and I believe he is mulling this strategy and deciding how far to the middle he would have to pretend to move.
For as much as Romney hates Trump, if he had just punched back against Candy Crowley in that debate there probably would have never been a Trump presidency
