Maybe the highest correlation for overemotional reactions is with those who have had multiple abortions. Coming to grips with the reality that you have killed multiple babies in the womb must be incredibly difficult and something I would think an individual would go to long lengths to justify before reconciling with reality.
Maybe now these unfortunate souls realize that most Americans no longer condone what they’ve done and/or their sex with as many people as possible lifestyle. Dawning upon them is the idea that reinforcement and reassurance are no longer forthcoming, and they are going temporarily insane as a result.
Whatever the case, I do feel compassion for those women who have chosen abortion over life. It’s deeply saddening. They need Christ in their lives and time to heal.
