This is going to be a short post, because verifiable facts are in short supply at the moment. Obviously I have my suspicions, as indicated in the headline, but I’m going to present what I know for sure and hopefully we can get to base reality over the next few days.
This is apparently the complaint document and the story that started a round of memes comparing the Adelanto ICE detention center to a Nazi gas chamber:
I cannot locate Adelanto’s response directly, but the manufacturer of the disinfectant agent in question says that ICE “categorically denies the allegations”:

Whatever disinfection is going on at Adelanto seems to be a response to prior complaints that Covid-19 was being allowed to spread unhindered there. If they are indeed not providing reasonable ventilation then we need to speak up, but at present there’s nothing here I can independently verify.
So, it seems at present that this is the latest in a long line of lies and half truths because “Orange man Hitler”.

This seems to be working towards a plea to release all detainees, the same way they released prison detainees – because of Covid-19 fears.
