Democrats ensure election

Chicago jails have begun installing voting booths as part of their “No prisoner left behind” law.  I guess this is the only way the democrats can ensure certain victory in the upcoming elections. Inmates awaiting trial but not yet convicted have the right to vote in Chicago and should not be prevented from from doing so just because they are in jail.  Some 20,000 inmates will be allowed to vote.  The corruption of the democratic party is alive and well in the city of Al Capone.
