This stuff is pretty fantastic. It is probably what dish detergent used to be. Now they call it Fryer Boil Out. A bit expensive but it definitely works. The miracle cleaning of phosphates.

I think it might be trisodium phosphate, but a cursory search didn’t yield an ingredient list.
I used TSP to clean my brewing carboy and bottles before beer making.
Ya it is TSP, just used phosphates for a catch all.
