No mail-in voting fraud?

I originally did this as a reply to a comment, but thought all members have an opportunity to see it. A bit more expanded than in the original comment.

Back in 2012 I got married and moved from one town in Hamilton county Ohio to another in the same county. That year I got 2 mail-in ballots for the previous owners. I marked on then, “not at this address, return to sender” and sent them off. My address had not changed yet, so I went to my old polling place and voted. There were no local issues,  so there were no issues (This was 2012). The next year my address was changed in the registrar office, so I went to vote at my new polling place to vote. NOTE: in Ohio, you have to ask for a mail in ballot. I have gotten one every year except the first that I lived here. When tried to cast my vote at the new place, I was told I had already voted by mail. I had not. If this is not fraud, what is? And unless the fraudulent vote was the same as I would have, my vote was supressed. I was allowed to vote provisionally and ballot put in a different box. I was told they would look into it. Never heard anything about my vote. Mail-in not ripe for fraud? I call BS!
