WRT Chinese wet markets, there are other problem areas in the world.
Jerry Pournelle once spoke about the situation in Russian prisons. It seems the inmates would develop various nasty diseases, and the authorities would scrape together enough antibiotics to give half of the affected prisoners half a course of antibiotics. Anyone with any biological knowledge will spot this as a marvelous way to breed antibiotic resistant strains of diseases.
Great episode. The good news is so helpful. And it is wonderful that we are seeing Americans help each other and stay on track. In other situations we have seen looting and foolishness. I pray that Americans are finding their way back to who God means us to be and that this will in the end be one of the best things that has ever happened to us as a nation.
Bill should write “hydroxychloroquin” on all his shirt cuffs for the duration. 😉
On a side note, I wonder how much in forced savings are on the verge of spilling out of the American wallet?
